Every time you barely bump the battery pack it falls off. You have to keep picking it up, snapping it back in, and resetting the whole thing. It’s a great idea, but a poor designed.

    HEAT! Wearable HEAT!

Let me start with...I am not an athlete. I have lower back pain from arthritis and degenerative disc disease. The heat function works really well and heats up fast. There are 3 levels of heat. I did notice that the heat is not constant through the 20 minute timer. It comes and goes thought out the duration. The vibrations are loud and can be heard downstairs if i'm upstairs. There are 3 vibration modes (constant, pulse, and cycles though the 4 locations) or completely off. I wish you could control the vibration intensity. If it were just for the vibration feature only...i would pass on this as it is no different from any other massage seat cushion. The winner for me is the heat function (max 160 degrees F), being able to wear this around the house. Vibration is a bonus. I can see how the battery pack can be an issue for some. I personally have not experience it popping off. I either use this sitting or walking. I don't try to bend with it. The device runs for 20 minutes and then stops. You can hit the "start" button to restart the pre-programmed 20 minute timer if you need more time. Manual states you can run for 1 hour before giving the device time to rest. So far i get about 3-4 uses out of a charge with vibration and heat set on level 2. One bad thing, it has a terrible smell that has not gone away yet after about 1 week. the smell gets in your shirt if you wear a shirt underneath this device. Hopefully with time, the smell dissipates. I purchased this on sale, as a deal of the day. This and recent purchase of Hyperice Hypervolt has been a game changer for my lower back issues. Only time will tell if this will be durable. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Overall very good

Got this product on sale. The heater works excellent and it works almost immediately after turning it on. The battery is not too bad just a little bulky and the electric vibrator is decent but makes some noise so probably cant be used in public. Overall worth the buy and very good for winter time.
