freezer works almost immediately, very happy with product

I have had this freezer for 6 years, it has been moved thousands of miles and to 4 houses. Still works like the day I purchased it.

Purchased this for game meat . It worked for 1 week and stopped running. Unfortunately we didn't realize it and everything spoiled

We liked this freezer but had more troubles than it was worth. First freezer delivered was broken so it was replaced. That freezer lasted less than a year before it died. Spend 2+ months trying to get it replaced before giving up. 5 delivery appointments were made, I stayed home and waited the entire delivery window every week and each time it didn't show up. Had to call customer service each time to schedule a new delivery date/time and the same thing happened each time. Finally gave up and requested a full refund.

Bought this freezer 16 months ago and it has stopped working. Had a repairman look at it. Compressor is locked up and DONE! Just over a year and the freezer is dead. Cost of replacing compressor is close to cost of freezer. Very disappointed in the life of this appliance.

Great for the money. plenty of room and shelves for separating contents.

Product only lasted for 2 years and 4 months. I guess for the price I shouldn't have expected much, but we lost the contents of the freezer when it stopped working. Naturally the warranty has expired. I will be looking for a different brand to replace this unit.

JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR TO REPLACE ONE THAT DIED!

Horrible product, was installed by best buy, only ever blew out heat, best buy is unable to replace the unit or do repairs. Still have to wait another week before they will pick up this junk and give me my money back. Will be taking my money to sears or home depot. Very disappointed in product and customer service.

This freezer works very good and we like it a lot!

We bought this freezer on 8-8-2015 and it died today! Not even 2 years of service! It ruined over $200 in food! I'm beyond angry and will never buy this brand again. What a waste of money!!

CANT GIVE AN HONEST REVIEW - didn't have/use long enough before it went bad and was discontinued... I bought after reading good reviews.. it went bad within months of buying - and discontinued -

Stopped working after two months. Igloo customer service (Curtis International) was the worst. I was never refunded one dollar.

Freezer stopped working not long after we had it. We lost a lot of money in food. Would not recommend for long term use.

Don’t buy this crap, I threw $235.39 in garbage failed just after warranty

Lasted 14 months and quit working. 2 months past warranty.

15 months old and the compressor dies. Seems a lot of cash for a disposable item.

JUNK! Only lasted one year and it died. No refund!

I waited 3 days after they delivered and installed; however only the bottom shelf was freezing others did not work and I had to return.

I bought the freezer because I loved the size. It worked great for two years but then it started to periodically turn off. After getting it restarted numerous times the thing finally died out. Also the connection used on the back of the freezer for the cord is unprotected and flimsy. If you are looking for a freezer you may want to check out another brand.
