Best Buy was very easy to deal with during this transaction. We initially purchase the IMac 27”; but learned it used the Intel chip. Our tech guru grandson advised us to go with the Apple chip based 24”. The return and exchange was seamless. Thank you Best Buy.

After the squad transferred all my data from my old mac to this mac I brought it home and it immediately connected to the WiFi. It had some minor changes with some of the programs, but there was some short tutorials as well to show the new features. A lot changes when its 10 yrs between computers. Changing of the USB port was another lesson I found out about. luckily I had an adapter lying around so I can work until I got to the store to get an additional one. Will keep learning to use it more as we keep growing older.

We've always been a Mac family (my husband is a designer) so upgrading to this computer from his older one (of two years ago--had a different processor) was a must. The difference in speed for his photoshop files is amazing. (The sound on this computer is also fantastic.) Highly recommend.

Clear crisp graphics, speed is much faster and like the big screen and colors are brighter.

I love the big screen and blue tooth mouse and keyboard. I’m disappointed that apple added so many unremovable apps that I had to buy the 512.

Apple IMac is a great product which speaks for itself. The service of Best Buy staff is even better. All data and programs from the old Mac were brought over, scanned for viruses, and unnecessary files removed. This was all done in three days . All we had to do was bring it home and plug it in.

Such a great machine. Doesn’t take up any room on the desk and have never had any issues with it.

I am still learning iMac vs the HP that I previously had, but so far, I really like everything about it. I love the way it interacts with my iPhones. The large screen really helps when I have numerous files open. The sound quality is amazing and makes FaceTime conversations easier to hear. I can't wait to start using the art and music creative programs, but I have to finish learning the basics first!

This is the iMac that I used to make my film Love Bites which has won over 11 international film festival awards. Perfect computer for designers and filmmakers.

Awesome machine with great performance. Had to replace my old iMac with a new one and the difference is amazing! Definitely recommend! Digging the green color as well :)

Extraordinarily fast! Outstanding quality. The fingerprint recognition is awesome. No need to hassle with passwords. The other boy issue I had is since this was an open box purchase the Totaltech membership did not give me the free 2 years of AppleCare as promised. I had to buy the plan direct from Apple.
