I love this kettle! I use it to boil water for my tea. I've also used it to boil water for pasta. It helps expedite the cooking process.

Just bought a house and in the process of remodeling. I have an electric stove but for some reason it take a while for water to boil on it. (Maybe it's going bad or user error). This unit comes in really handy when I need to boil water. Use it to boil water for ice tea, rice, beans in the crockpot, and other random things in this house. The size is bigger than I expected but that turned out to be great for me.

This is one of the better electric kettles that I have purchased. It boils water faster than those I bought from the past. It has a large 1.5L capacity with a the side window allows you to see how much water you have in the pot. It has a docking base so the electric part is separate from the pot. You don't have to worry about water will get into it to cause the short circuit and it is easy to wash the pot. Very nice.

I tried the Rival brand, and ironically, it is no "rival" to this Insignia brand item. The little window is a nice touch, I can see at a glance how much water is in it. The top pitcher docks to the base and undocks in use, very nice. I would hate to unplug and plug constantly. This item is very well designed for convenience. It also heats up quickly and automatically shuts off. There are so many subtle design considerations that make this a godsend. It also has a nice blue light when the unit is heating the water up. Once the temperature is reached, the light shuts off and the boiling water sound subsides. All good, and it makes my life so much easier.... In regards to boiling water, that is.

This was a easy solution to my problem. my mother has dementia and keeps boiling water on the stove which means lots of burned pots. with this plug it in and all she has to do is put in more water.it shuts itself off when finished.Only takes about 3 minutes for hot water.simple and really good

this is a large electric kettle which heats up very quickly. I would have given this product 5 stars but the autoshutoff feature broke after just 5 uses. Overall this kettle is still a good product.

My whole family enjoys this pot! Low-priced and easy to use, this pot has become a part of our morning routine. Boils water in minutes and turns off once it's done. Its super cute in black and pink.

Got for Christmas for my wife to replace a pitted, old Oxo tea kettle. Heats very fast. It's a little louder, but considering it's mainly used at breakfast in the morning, it's nowhere near as loud as my kids getting ready for school

I give it 4 stars because when the water has boiled it turns off on its own which is great. However, if you want your water to boil a little bit longer you don't have the option for it to boil a few more minutes because of the shutoff button. I think its because the water boils so fast that I rather give it a few extra more minutes to boil. Other than that it's a nice kettle. When you turn it on a blue light comes on. Pretty neat. I do recommended.

Good electrical kettle which does work. However, it might have some QC issue as I found the first one I got was leaking. I returned and got the second one which works good.

Saw this on the "Day's Special", all I will say, Little Kettle, Big Job. Exactly what I needed. Does not take up much space on the counter and works well. Thank you Best Buy, was looking for this at the right price for sometime,

I went to the store and was looking around and saw the price for the kettle was only 14.99. Thought was a great price, so bought it. I have been using it everyday. So convienent because I do not have to turn on the stove to boil some water.

I love how fast the water heats up in this kettle. I had a different model before and the short cord length was a huge issue. No issues here with the cordless kettle! I love it!

heats up water fast, convenient, looks nice too. took it with me traveling and used it in the hotel room, made myself instant noodle for dinner and hot chocolate in the morning.

I am an avid tea drinker. Before I purchased this I would have to sit and wait 10-15 minutes for a pot of water to boil. This kettle boils water in just a few minutes. Plus the color is just like me: bold yet girly. It also shuts itself off making it extra safe for forgetful folks like myself.

Though I call this a "good little kettle" it is actually larger than I thought it would be. A nice size for iced tea, etc. Love it so far!
