Stopped working

Last week it stopped powering up. I have changed the charger to be sure it wasn't the problem, but to no avail. Not sure what went wrong but I'm not thrilled to spend money on a useless tablet.

Worst tablet I’ve owned

Figured the price is great, it’s a decent size, this should be perfect. I was wrong. This tablet is SO slow. My son never uses it because it takes a good minute to open any apps, and to close them takes longer. I have tried factory resetting it, I still have the same issue. Upgraded to an iPad instead.
