Easy set up once I got it home. I wash the inside per the instructions and it's been good to go ever since. It definitely stays good and cold on just the normal cold setting.

Perfect size chest freezer

It runs very quietly. I wish it came with more baskets to help sort out smaller items, I'm shorter and that would help. We bought several containers I can sort into and lift in and out easily.

Very nice freezer

But is a perfect size holding a lot of food. Only comes with one basket but I ordered 2 more at a reasonable price. Baskets are nice because freezer is deep. Lots of room on bottom for venison, turkeys, hams, and other big stuff.

I am very happy with the product and it came in handy with the onset of the pandemic. However, I am very disappointed with Best Buy. This was a returned product, that they did not disclose, and it had a HUGE dent in the bottom rear right corner. The product is excellent the service HORRIBLE.

It has freed up my refrigerator to keep on hand only what I need and allows me to buy meats on sale rather than when I need them. I have easily saved the cost of this freezer two times over in bulk meat purchases.

I was really surprised at how light it is which made moving it around quite easy for it does not have any wheels. We had a power outage that lasted 6 hours and nothing melted or got ruined which suggests that the insulation on the unit is quite good.
