My husband and I were shopping around for a deep freeze and Best Buy had the best deal we found. This freezer is larger and a cheaper price than others we were looking at. It has performed very well during since then. The food is kept well frozen. Even with a winter storm power outage, the food stayed frozen for days. We added coated wire baskets to aid in organizing the food.

Came dented but works

The packing looked fine but the corner of the freezer was dented in. Had to have been shipped that way or the styrofoam would have been damaged also if it was handling. Did not seem to affect function so kept it because it was the only one in stock and I needed one right then.

Unboxing showed no damage. Brought into house Let it set for a few hours then plugged in and turned it on. Half way setting and filled with food it is working fine. Upper basket tray is handy for smaller items.

I had a very good experience picking it up at the store to unboxing it to find no dents. It holds the temp and i like the on light feature
