Still in box, purchased this cooktop to use in our trailer when we take trips to different places. Our stove in the trailer only has 3 burners and this unit will give us the 4th burner. Was well packaged and looks really well made, think we will get plenty of use out of this cooktop once we hit the road next month. I am going to recommend this (and yet we have never used it) because of Best Buy's service and backing up what they sell.

Be sure to use all stainless steel or a flat bottom cast iron pan. If a magnet does not stick to your pan it won’t work and just sits there and beeps. I love this burner so much I bought a second one.
