While I am not thrilled about the delivery, I am very happy with this refrigerator. I have had Insignia before and I was happy with it. This refrigerator is replacing one that was in my garage that died along with all of my food in it. I love the bottom freezer. The interior lighting is strategically placed and the shelving is set up for ease of use. I am happy with this purchase. Thank you Best Buy for a great price and a great product. I love Best Buy for pricing and service.

Looks really nice in kitchen. Great storage space welcome. I was on the fence about this since there were mixed reviews. So far so good. No issues.

Great looking fridge with great functionality. The bottom freezer is a massive upgrade over top freezers. No more bending down for every small thing any longer. The fridge is also very quiet for anyone concerned about that. The shelves and storage are well thought out. Reversing the door wasn't all bad but the instructions could have been a bit better. So far, that's my one and only negative which is definitely no deal breaker.

Item arrived as described except for a deep scratch on the surface we noticed after unboxing. Pickup was super quick and easy. Otherwise, we are very happy with the product itself for space and efficiency.

Went from a side by side to this. we never used the bottom half of the old fridge and we are a healthy eating, cooking from scratch family of 5... I'm still getting used to it but I really love this fridge. It cools just as it should and I like the way it is designed... The only flaw is with kiddo's I see every single print on the fridge. For the price of 765, it was a steal..

If you are looking for a refrigerator that cools and freezes without paying high price. This refrigerator is for you. It is quiet, perfect for single person. I purchased during the heatwave and was delivered in perfect condition and days after i purchased.

I had very few options to get a smaller refrigerator than most that would fit my space. I am VERY pleased with this choice. This fridge has so much space to organize & access items easier than I expected and happy with the quality & price.

I am so happy with this purchase! The space and design inside with all the shelving units in the door is wonderful and the appliance is so quiet!! Having 2 drawers in the freezer makes the capacity huge! It took about a week to get used to holding it on the top of the door to open it but now I love not having a fridge handle sticking out. I have zero complaints about this purchase.

This Insignia Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is compact outside but has plenty of room inside. Runs quietly, door close easily and quietly. Excellent value and appears well made.

I was a little leary due to a review that said it was noisy, another said it was only noisy at first, but the price was right and the configuration with the bottom freezer drawer was just what i was looking for. it is perfect for my smaller kitchen. AND, I love the refrigerator part at eye level. It has been (after a month use) totally quiet. It is so quiet I wondered if it was even working at first. The upper doors hold a lot, two deep. and the shelves are spacious. Now I can see everything. I am very happy with this refrigerator.

It does exactly what you need it to (like making not-cold stuff cold, and keeping cold stuff cold), doesn't do things you shouldn't expect it to do (like writing a doctoral thesis or taking your children to school for you), and it isn't stupidly expensive for seemingly no reason. It doesn't have an ice maker or a water dispenser, which is actually amazing if you don't want to worry about a water line spontaneously exploding at 11pm and flooding your entire kitchen for hours until you wake up in the morning and step barefoot into the puddle of water that has been rotting your subfloor for hours. It's stainless, so it matches other stainless appliances. Plus, it has the freezer drawer on the bottom, so you can actually see what's in the refrigerator without having to bend over and probably herniate a disc while you get a Diet Coke.

Love the sleek look of this fridge. Only had about a month but seems to work well. Wish the shelves in the main compartment were adjustable to fit different size items.

I love the bottom freezer, it's pretty spacious, and it's really nice having everything in my fridge more reachable since I'm in that more than I am in the freezer. The one issue is that sometimes the freezer seal doesn't seal all the way without really pushing on the door. You don't notice this unless you open the fridge to double-check, which I do now to ensure that it's properly sealed. I'm not sure if it's a problem with just mine or a widespread issue. Temperatures are a little off from what the manual says they are, but maybe that's because mine isn't stocked full all the time. The fridge sits at 36-37 degrees on the highest setting, and the freezer sits around -9 on the medium setting. It was really quiet at first, but it has gotten a little louder over the last two weeks. Although not loud enough to be annoying or anything. Certainly quieter than my old fridge. Surprisingly, I have not noticed a difference in my energy usage, considering my old fridge was almost 30 years old. Overall, I think it's a good fridge, which will hopefully last a long time, even if I do end up having to fix that freezer seal at some point.

Well built appliance. The layout is very nice for the fridge. The shelves in the door can hold a standard gallon of milk and are tall enough for bottles. Very convenient fridge. The shelves in the fridge are sturdy and can easily be adjusted. Fruit and Veg drawers are well built and easy to move in and out. There is only one humidity regulator between the two drawers so they have to be the same. The freezer drawers are also good. The lower drawer comes out with the door while the upper drawer has to then be pulled out separately. Seems like a better design would be to have the smaller top drawer come out with the freezer door. Criticisms. The outside of the fridge, namely the sides and top are warm and at times hot. I suspect there isn't much insulation. Only other bit is that the fridge door has to be pushed all the way in to close. You can't just tap it closed. Overall for the price its a pretty good fridge. Happy I bought it.
