Terrible Customer Service on Dishwasher Haul-Away

I tried to get a refund and Best Buy gave me the run around through multiple phone calls and customer service inquiries.

It works well, is super quiet and dries the dishes well! Amazing price too! So far I am very happy with this dishwasher.
