It arrived all marked up. Not sure what that's about. It's supposed to be new. Maybe it's part of the design. If it is, I don't like it. Looks dirty. Unit works but is Cosmetically Damaged

I feel I should receive a partial refund, as I'd rather not go through the hassle of exchanging it. This seems to be a common problem, so there's no guarantee the next one would be any better anyway.
