I love my Insignia 39" Smart TV with Alexa voice control. The ease of use & the picture quality & color are perfect. I have Amazon Prime & am able to enjoy movies & shopping. I am so glad I got this TV from Best Buy

So the good, picture and sound are pretty good. Tv gets louder than most without sound distortion. The bad, lags a lot! I run top tier internet and both of these tvs I own lag. Neither are very far from the modem. 2nd issue is the remote lags. Most the time the tv doesn't even respond to the remote. Haven't found a fix for this yet.

Good picture and tremendous value for the price. Mine has the common (according to the web) problem of turning on all by itself. I mounted it in the garage so I simply unplug it when not in use.

Great picture but have had issues with the remote from the 1st day! Doesnt seem to work properly (press any button once, device performs the request 3x).

Needed a TV for my bedroom, and this was perfect - perfect size, perfect price. And Wow - setup was sooo easy! I don't have cable, but have subs to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc and all was quick and easy to set up - the firestick is amazing. I have a set of wireless ear pods for my android smartphone, and turns out they connect to the Bluetooth on the TV, so that was a bonus. Also, the USB slot is perfect for when I want to load movies to a stick and watch them on the TV. What more could you possibly need!!

we bought this tv to replace a smaller tv. It works well and easy to set up. For the money its a good tv. Loads faster than a regular tv with a roku stick. I would recommend this tv for a bedroom tv ect.

Bought for my grandson's room. Easy for him to use (he's 6). Picture is good. Sound is fine for the tv size.

It's a great TV for the price you pay. The only reason I keep it just one star shy of a perfect score is because I'm having some issues with the remote control.

Great tv for a really reasonable Price. We use as an outside tv on deck with a waterproof cover and it’s perfect. Light enough to carry in and out as well!

We have several of these. We only stream Amazon and Netflix shows and movies, so these sets are perfect. Quick set up and easy to use. Light weight, clear picture, and good sound. We’re happy with the purchase.

The Insignia Fire TVs are very easy to set up and use. Pretty rock solid too. I have three of them and they all work as they should. The price is good and and Best Buy always has them in stock.

I needed to replace my sons tv since it was very outdated. I bought this because of the price, and for a smart tv i wasnt going to find a better price. That being said, overall i think its a good tv. Only issue is that the tv will NOT allow you to operate without the remote working, which i feel is a little obsurd. It comes with batteries for the remote, but with very minimal use, they died in less than a month.

This TV is perfect for my guest bedroom. It provides quality TV service, picture and sound. Easy to use. My guest like being able to log into their Amazon account from the TV.

We bought 2 of these for bedrooms. They’re the perfect size. Hung them on the wall very easily, as they’re pretty light. Picture is great, and they were pretty easy to set up.

Perfect TV for my daughter in college. It arrived quickly, lightweight, slim design and was easy to set up. The size is good for a small room and provides easy access streaming apps.

I love this TV! Easy set up Netflix and others channels built in the TV. Great sound, color and easy with the highlighted buttons and on the remote. It works perfect with Alexa.

Overall TV has great picture and sound quality add in a fire stick built directly into the TV and forget a smart TV this TV was built to stream. Overall learning curve is pretty small when going from a regular TV to this fire edition. Highly recommend this TV for a starter or for a younger children as they can take full advantage of the capabilities that this TV can provide.

This is a ok tv for the price. I know the roku tvs are much better as a friend has one. Here the is picture is good enough. There is some minor slag in loading prime movies... I have the highest speed wifi so it's the tv. Mine seems to have a volume problem and has to lower... often. The main problem I have is with the pause. There really is not a pause button. It works for about 15-30 sec then goes to another screen and cuts it's self off soon after. The remote is a major battery eater.
