Previously purchased a 32" of the same Insignia brand but it did not have a channel switch on the controller so it was very cumbersome to change channels. Best Buy was very good to refund my entire purchase cost, which I applied toward this 39" which had the controller with a channel switch. Very happy with Best Buy and with this product.

No, but it is a really good picture and is perfect for bedroom, extra room or even a kid's room. The picture is bright and clear. Brought up Wall-E by Disney Pixar and has a really good sharp picture both up close and from a distance. I was so impressed by this TV, I bought a second one. These are mounted in our bedrooms. If you already have an Amazon account, set-up is simple. May purchase a third.

I am very pleased with the TV especially since it is a fire tv and I did not have to purchase a firestick, which would have been extra. The tv was easy to set up and shows a perfect picture with great sound. I am using an antenna instead of cable and once you scan your channels you are set to go with good reception and good quality picture and sound. If needed, I would purchase another one and I would also recommend this tv to others.

The smart part works great. Hooked up to WiFi easily enough. When it’s turned on, it doesn’t open to the previous channel watched. You always have to tell it where you want it to go. If I want to watch DirecTV, I have to set on correct HDMI. That’s really the only thing I don’t like about it. The picture quality is great and so is the sound. I’m going to read the instructions again. Of course you have to go online to get it.
