I bought it as open box deal so the price was good for a smart tv. The delivery was timely and it came double boxed which was great. No one really knew what was being delivered because the outer box was a regular brown shipping box and on the inside was the original tv box which I didn't expect. I have bought open box tvs before and they don't all have the original box, at least not when you buy at the store. The one thing I don't really like about the tv is that you have to tell it what you want to do each time you turn it on. There may be a way to program it to not have to choose that I want to actually watch Satellite tv each time it's turned on but if so, I haven't played around with it enough to know. I bought the tv so that I can watch Netflix without having to use my smart dvd player which is in my living room. Now I can watch Netflix in my bedroom. So, it's definitely serving it's purpose. I'm happy overall.
