The quality is outstanding. I also like the ability to watch any of the add ons such as Netflix, Hulu, and HBO GO just to name a few. Very easy to set up. My friend purchased the same Rodku type of TV put a Sony brand and she stated that she wishes she had seen mine and saved her $150.

Grateful I bought the warranty. The TV on day 2 lost sound. I unplugged the TV and plugged it back in and it worked. It did it a few more times and I just repeat what I did before. 3 weeks into owning it and I turned it on and nothing happened. I unplugged it. Plugged it back in and it worked. Called and made an appt with geek squad and within 10 mins of typing up at drop it off they refunded the money saying it was unserviceable. Bout a Samsung instead. Love best buy and how they take care of their customers. Only place I will shop for my electronics.

I accidentally broke my tv on Mother's Day and after shopping around town, we ended up going into our local Best Buy and found a tv that fits all of our needs for a way better price than we would've paid for other tv's! The staff was very professional, answering any questions that we had with accuracy.

For the price, this is a great Smart TV. I would have given it 5 stars, but the speakers need a little help. I'm sure if I bought a sound bar, it would make the watching and listening experience better. It's for a guest room and our guests are going to appreciate a TV in their room while winding down.

Can not see the full screen on certain channels that are not HD..sometimes it is the score to a game other times it is the price of an item for sale. Went back and staff could not get results neither. Just not for us. It was a 40" LED Insignia (Sharp) Roku Smart TV. Our Cable provider could not get the problem solved (a technician came ) and we also tried just calling back to see if we could get results from someone else at cable company., and that is why we finally went back to Best Buy. Altho they could not solve the problem, everyone was courteous.The other problem is that All their TV's do not have the sound (speakers) in the front of any TV? So now you need a good speaker set up to be able to hear your new TV. That seems like a step backwards to me. Personally I think you should only have to add speakers if you want, not a necessity!

I purchased this tv for my 80 year old grandmother. She didn't need all the bells and whistles but she loves the color and the clarity of the picture. She lets it run all day and night because she can't figure out the small remote. Other than that she seems to love the television.

The television was easy to set up and the ROKU feature is well integrated and fantastic. Whether you want to watch cable, use a DVR or other device, or use ROKU for streaming, the television has a great picture and is worth the price.

Needed another TV for one of my boys room and chose this one since the TCL tv which we have everywhere else was not available. I mainly went for it due to the price and the Roku compatibility. Set up was super easy and within minutes the TV work the same an any other TV in our home, success!

I was surprised at the clarity and ease of use of the product. My father is 68 years old and has trouble with newer products, but feels comfortable with the ease of use with this product. Would recommend it to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their current television.

We have been enjoying the new tv. I am happy with the size of the screen, the color, and the set up. It replaced a tv we gave someone who needed our old one in order to read from a visually handicapped machine.

Considering price per inch, am surprised at the picture quality. The Roku TV operating system can be a great tool to disconnect from the old cable-box-world. Light and thin for those who would like to mount it

It is the best smart tv I have used. Love how easy it is to navigate, I can even use my cell phone as a remote, add apps to the tv with my phone, and listen to music, cast my screen onto the tv, and name any device I plug into the tv like a PlayStation or other device.

Got the TV to replace a 24 inch TV with a seperate Roku hooked up to it. I mounted it on the wall. So far everything works great.. Only drawback is that when you turn it on,it defaults to the Roku screen and not the cable tv.

My needs were very simple. I wanted something other than my computer to watch Netflix. Basically all I had to do is plug it in. It's not hooked up to cable. I'm strictly using the TV as a Netflix Monitor and enjoying some of the free channels available through this TV..

I was looking to replace the tv in our bedroom, so I didn't want a really expensive tv. This tv has very good picture quality and the Roku is extremely easy to use. The only thing I see that's a negative It's the speakers are rather weak, but it's ok for our situation.

Our TV was stolen and we needed to buy a new one. Looked at various brands and decided to go with Insignia because is very a smart TV and very inexpensive. We have not been disappointed. Only difficulty has been coordinating it with Direct TV remote control. Otherwise highly satisfied.

Bought for a friend of mine who was looking for a TV in budget and this was worth for the money paid. With the Roku software inbuilt we didn't even need a chrome cast to cast videos which saved another 30 or some bucks and not to mention the apps available with Roku.

Love the TV .. Price and service were Excellent! My only complaint is the remote... I do not like not having to option to punch the numbers for the channel I want ... Very frustrating for me to scroll thru the list ... :(

The specs don't disappoint. It's a solid TV for its price point. Only drawback is that I wish it had a wired ethernet connection, but to be fair, I haven't had any issues with the built in wireless. I would buy another one of these TV's for the kids or a to put in the guest room.

We where looking for a larger TV for our bedroom and this 40" Insignia really fit the bill. For a less expensive brand it provides a clear picture and good screen size. The built in Roku interface is a nice plus and gives it some flexibility with program options.
