Had to return due to cable box not compatible. Would lose visual brightness when switched from Roku to Cable

I purchased this on sale and after 3 weeks, I faced technical issues , i got it replaced with new one. but overall quality needs improvement

I enjoy being able to have all app in one place I bought this TV so that I can use the HBOgo app other TV'show don't let you use this app

Nice tv ... but the apps load slow or not at all...roku needs to build in an area to flag faulty apps so something can be fixed

I didn't care for it much, I didn't like the remote. I bought it for my guest room, but found it to difficult to for my guest.

This is a good television if you are looking to optimize your dollar and have an additional television for a spare bedroom.

Display is nice and sound is good, low rating due to Roku & Comcast issues not being able to use some of the apps.

The picture on the tv is ok quality. The tv and only connect to private networks for the "smart" feature to work.

this tv is a pain your have to go through a lot when you first turn the tv on and I will not buy another one

Bought November 28, 2015. Stopped working August 17, 2017 Shouldn't TV's last longer than this???

No nonsense, but remote is a bit simplistic and may not be favored for traditional TV watchers/users.

At first, I was skeptical of a Hulu automatic TV, but it was actually pretty good and simple.

Very easy setup, and once connected the picture was pretty good. Nice quality for the cost.

Great picture, But I don't really care for the remote.

The sound quality is not very good. The picture is alright since it is hooked up to cable.

I had great expectations for this set as the owner of another Insignia TV that has served us well and the favorable reviews posted. The price was attractive for the features it offered. While the set played fine initially the power light uncustomary kept blinking on and off. I called Insignia directly and after several attempts to recycle the set the CSR told me that it indicated a problem with the computer board and I should return it. As the nearest Best Buy store for me is 3 hours away and not wanting to take a chance with another similar-model defect I replaced it with a different brand.

When I received the TV, it was in the worst shape conceivable. Cracked, dented, the whole TV was curved. Following this, I took it in to return to a Best Buy near me and they refused to refund me immediately because they told me that I must've done this, despite online policy saying that two weeks were allowed for return of damaged products. I had to bring this to the attention of a Best Buy worker who attempted to shoo me off, claiming that "the TV is excessively damaged so they couldn't accept it." Finally after remaining persistent I got through to a supervisor and received a refund, but in store credit—which was further aggravating. However, I assumed I wouldn't be able to get anything else, so I took it. Because of the poor experience, I don't see myself ever buying products from Best Buy again, virtually or otherwise.

Not a fan of the Roku thing. It makes the tv more difficult to use. Instead of turning on the tv and having an instant picture to watch, like a regular tv. You have to go in & select which input you want to watch. So now my 2 younger kids can't turn on tv without help. Neither can my mother-in-law.

Nice picture and easy to use i like how the apps are easy to get to
