    easy basic t.v. but when you go to enjoy it terrible treble sound quality and after 2 wks developed a white dot with a blue cross hairs lines target mark on screen

    Cheap TV that didn't last 2 months

    I tried to do as much homework as possible before buying this TV, and unfortunately this TV worked for two months and then all the sudden while watching Netflix it went black. Returns are only for 14 days, so if I had not purchased the Geek Squad warranty I would've been out of luck. Turns out they had to replace the main processor and power supply it was cheaper for them to just replace the TV. I had to take this TV in to the store- good thing I kept the box and wait for several weeks without a TV until they figured out what was wrong. They told me the TV was a lemon. Also was told repeatedly that the reason I was given incorrect multiple times was because In- store geek squad and phone geek squad don't share the same information??! Really?!! They replaced the TV, but I don't have high hopes that this one will last and it was all more hassle than it was worth. Next time I'm purchasing from Costco.

    I was really excited about this TV until I saw the remote that came with it. The remote has no channel number pad to key in the specific channel you want to watch. So, if you want to go from channel 4 to channel 64, you literally have to click through 60 channels to get there!! I then bought a Insignia remote that is to work with my TV and has a number pad on it. I found out from Best Buy after attempting to take it back, which they wouldn't do, that no remote in existence will allow you to key in the specific channel number you want to see with this TV. This also means the "previous channel" feature on any remote will not work with this TV. Which means that, other than volume, sleep timer, and off/on, the remotes for this model of Insignia TV are worthless. I hate having to click through dozens of channels to watch TV. Do not buy this set if you agree.

    freezing/slow

    i have bought this a few months ago and it worked great. but now it has gotten really slow and freezes. my internet connection is fine. also i set up a roku2 next to it and that works fine. has anyone else experieinced this?

    Awful. Will not buy another Insignia product again. Called customer service and told them the product was missing parts. They told me to take the tv back and get another one. I live 40 minutes away and I had to order it and it took a week to get it. They said take it back or buy the parts myself. LOL. Have fund with there customer service:)

    Not what expected

    Picked up the TV from the store. Pulled the TV out of the box and noticed the remote is not the standard Roku Remote. Turned the tv on and the standard Roku interface did not appear. The TV is the same model number as what was on the order. Now I have the hassle of packing the TV back in the box and returning the TV to the store. This is my first Insignia brand, but I am not impressed with their quality control in shipping a regular TV as opposed to the Roku TV.

    Dont waste your money or time

    This tv is sooo grainy. I have tried for hours on end to get it connected to my wifi and cant get it connected. I called the store and was put on hold numerous times and then after 40 minutes she said she would connect me to the manufacturer and again I waited and waited. I never could get it connected so I am taking it back. The picture on this is terrible and the motion rate must be 1 cause its so bad. Going back to the store!!!!
