Great Budget TV - Good Picture Quality

Most other 40" 1080p TVs and all 40" 4K-2160p TVs are better performers. This TV does its 60Hz refresh rate poorly, with choppy horizontal & vertical fast motions. Since I bought it for only $129.99 on sale, I'm satisfied.

Great picture quality with very good sound. As a plus, I receive over 100 local channels without the need of a signal booster. My only issue and it’s a small one, there’s no way that the red standby light can be turned off.

This TV has a great picture! Is it as good as a $2,000 TV, no, but is it as good or better than any TV in it's price and size range, absolutely. Also, remember when you're comparing TV specs, the picture will only be as good as it's source, and for most of us, this will outclass it's input. The sound could be a little fuller, but again, let's keep in mind what the price is and for the price, certainly more than acceptable. To sum up, a solid TV and a solid value!
