Bailed me out of Corona Virus space issue

I got this just as the coronavirus was hitting the area. Allowed me to store food so I did not have to run to the store very often. Controls are accurate. Only two issues are with the Deb‘s you have to dig a little to get the stuff on the bottom and my freezer came with a gash in the back that did not affect how the freezer works And I would’ve taken it back but I couldn’t get another one in return and I needed the freezer so I will live with it. Be safe everyone

I ordered it online and we borrowed a car to pick it up. Got home and it had a lot of damage. It works though. There was dents all over, cracks and scuffs. With it working, I hope it will stay that way and the damage doesn’t effect it later. We tried to see if they would exchange it but we would have to bring it ourselves or pay $50 to deliver. That’s more than the delivery originally. Seems like they didn’t care very much about loyal customers.

I had to move this month due to military circumstances and this freezer kept all of my frozen food cold after being plugged in for 24 hours and a couple of bags of ice. Now since we’ve arrived at our new home the freezer has provided amazing storage space for all of our frozen foods.

However when we unboxed the box that was in perfect shape, there was a wrinkle in the lid and a corner of the chest below the lid was cracked, then there was a broken part to the lid on the other side. Since all was in tact I just glued it all and hope for the best. The damage seemed to have been done in the factory because the box was in perfect shape. Other than that it is just what I was looking for.

It's perfect for freezing meat, pre-made meals, ice cream, or anything else you might need. It's perfect for singles who like a lot of extras; couples who have overflow in their main fridge and need more space; and, of course, it's ideal for smaller families that need more storage capability. Overall, especially given our current COVID-19 mindset of "more is better" mantra, if your family has more than 3-4 people (teenagers notwithstanding), then get a bigger freezer! Only a suggestion! My husband and I (yes, only the 2 of us!) have the freezer housed in the garage which makes it convenient and inconspicuous (i.e. it doesn't take-up any space in the kitchen/house). We've had our freezer for 3-4 months, and it is super energy efficient and food is easily accessible, loading and unloading. It has been a great little investment and, quite obviously, we are very happy with our purchase.
