I like everything about this dryer it’s super easy to use

This was nightmare. We just wanted a high capacity dryer and so we wanted to try this well reviewed one by Insignia. Well that was a horrid mistake. The first dryer arrived and the delivering contractors notified us it was VERY defective. It turns out the top was just not attached on 1/4 of the unit. Meaning it was a safety issue and THEY called Best Buy. Best Buy said they'd send a new unit and to install the defective one for now. They told us if we didn't hear from Best Buy in 20 minutes to call them. I waited and after 2 hours didn't hear from them. Chat support finally helped... sort of. So after the chat agent tried to trick me to agreeing to a warranty he finally scheduled the new delivery. He forgot the install. I paid for install because I'm a gimp so it is kind of important. The new dryer comes, once again the contractors are super nice, but I get another defective unit. I also was informed the install wasn't on the order but they did it anyway. So they were awesome. Sadly they didn't test it like the original installers and we didn't go to use it until hours later. Well it didn't last a load. There was a loud screeching and grinding sound so we stopped it. We checked the level and the drum and all the bits we could reach. Then we tried again, same noise even empty. So our replacement for the defective unit was a new defective unit. Now we have 2 failed calls to support (one connected then the support guy went mute or something) and over an hour in chat. ... (NOT an exaggeration). So 2/2 of this dryer didn't work for me. I'm assuming Best Buy was just shipping me other people's defective units without testing or fixing them. Well the first one just looked machined wrong. Either way only buy if you have ANOTHER dryer to use for the 1/2 a month drama that might unfold.

So far we LOVE this dryer. We had a fancier dryer before this that was a different and popular brand and this one will dry the same load in 1/2 of the time. Much better on quality and price! So glad I chose this one based on the reviews I read.

Very nice dryer easy function settings A very nice looking machine and runs quiet running . Very large capacity no problem With a large wet load of wash I have washed large blankets and had no problems with them getting dry Very happy I made the choice to purchase this insignia dryer.

Not extremely hot. Did not come with leveling feet (store did order them, afterwards, but not received). No vent cap at end (could not get this). Still like the dryer.

Very pleased with the Insignia 7.5 Cu-Ft Dryer purchased from Best Buy. Love the "Dry Sensor" feature as this saves energy. Decent price, pickup was easy (item was out of stock), and friendly service!

We are many in our household. It's been in use everyday since about a month ago and it's great.

Enjoy the automatic sensor don’t have to repeatedly re-run the dryer to make sure it’s dry. Upgraded from an old unit and the difference was night and day.

We bought the dryer to replace our old one that stopped working. This dryer is great. I love the setting and the light inside. I am glad they had it on hand.
