Bought a new dryer from Best Buy. The first one arrived missing the back leveling foot. Sounds like a small problem—until you try to get a simple replacement part and end up on a three-week tour of the offshore call center “runaround experience.” After 3 weeks, they finally replaced it… with a second dryer that was missing the exact same part. At that point I started wondering if the “back foot” was an optional accessory, like heated seats. The bigger issue: the first installation (done by a third-party crew Best Buy hired) was a mess. They used the wrong parts, the “new” exhaust pipe they supplied had holes, and the power cord was not installed correctly—which is a fun way to flirt with a fire hazard or an electric shock. The second install team actually knew what they were doing and fixed what never should’ve been wrong in the first place. I was so fed up that the only way I got real traction was filing a BBB complaint. I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years and never had this level of chaos. This wasn’t just inconvenience—it was safety and basic quality control. I would’ve installed it myself, but I’m disabled—kind of the whole reason you pay for installation in the first place. Twenty years ago I could’ve lifted this dryer over my head and installed it in five minutes. Okay… maybe not. But I am older now, and you could try to argue with me—except that’s when the “I’m always right” setting kicks in. :) Bottom line: if you buy appliances here, inspect everything before they leave—verify all parts are present, and check the vent pipe and elbow before they hook it up. Don’t assume “paid installation” means “installed correctly.”

So far the machine is working well, it is still fairly new. It is doing what was expected no complaints currently.

This model does. Real nice, time will tell. Cord and receptacle replaced, breaker was fine. My old ones were toast. Probably what fried my LG. Will be keeping a eye on them. Other than the glass door, it has the same features and some as the $1200.00 Lg, half the price. Hope it lasts.

Great dryer. I love it. I dont have to set it every time either. Find my favorite setting turn it on, press start and walk away.
