They were cheap enough - but not much cheaper than the empty slot next to them that had held the OEM earbuds. The sound quality in these is only fair at best - microphone is difficult to use. I probably should have returned them.

Only thing that worries me a bit is the durability of this product as within a month of use I am facing some mic issues while on call.Works well for music though.
