    I know these are a lower end mic but I thought they could be a little better. They are better then nothing but I would shop around a little more.

    I found this mic on a clearance rack at my local store and it worked without a problem. I have had it for a few months now and has survived plenty of travel including an eleven-hour bus ride. I am enjoying it thus far.

    You need an adaptor if you have a Canon camera. But other than that I have no complaints. It does have a little white noise but that's something you want for reference for when editing a video. And if you need to, it's really easy to get rid of it.

    Hooked it up to a stationary camcorder and works good. The only problem is it doesn't fit on the mount, but that is more the camcorder. I used the bands to fit it on.

    There was too much white noise in videos and not good in minimal wind conditions either. This is my opinion and maybe i jus dont know how to use it but there are instructional videos available to optimize the best sound and still didnt work for me

    Does what it is is supposed to do. Not very well made. It is better than the built in factory mic on the camera. I could see it breaking easily...

    I have not had a chance to use this microphone yet, if you are looking for one this one should work for you, but you have to have 9V batteries.
