    Alot of the presentation systems I have had to work with are not directly compatible with laptop systems and you need this part to make the bridge.

    Had to work on a trip and forgot my laptop charger- Best Buy and this multi-function charger to the rescue. Pricey, but got the job done. Recommend in a pinch.

    I have a newer Mac with USB C outputs. I purchased this item and a usb c to usb converter to connect to an old projector. Worked great.

    Works like a charm with no problems. Careful however, requires software to be downloaded before it will work. Don't expect to arrive at presentation with device and hand and get it up and running without download.

    Exactly as described, now I can use multiple monitors for my laptop. 4 stars only because the monitor using this connection is a bit laggy compared to the other monitor connected via HDMI.
