Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Vertical Ergonomic Wireless Optical Mouse as ergonomically beneficial, significantly reducing wrist discomfort for many users. Its ease of use and affordability are also frequently praised, although some find the size unsuitable and report occasional issues with the left click button. While the battery life receives positive feedback, concerns exist regarding the lack of Bluetooth connectivity and tracking inconsistencies on certain surfaces.

    An awesome mouse

This is a great mouse for those who are using one all day for non-gaming things. I bought it when it was on sale for half price and it’s well worth the money, the mouse has held up these last few months, the soft plastic coating it has not faded nor accumulated any oil. The mouse clicks are firm. I would say it’s great for medium sized palm. You get used to this orientation in a few days and it’s much easier than traditional mouse.

I found the mouse to be heavy compared to a regular mouse. It's obviously a well made, quality mouse that flows easily, but I returned it, not for me. Also, this mouse is NOT bluetooth. I know it's title says "wireless" but in the "features" section it says it's bluetooth...it's not. Comes w/ USB connection only.

My doctor advised me to get a better mouse because of nerve damage in my hands, and this one fits the bill. Great price too.

This mouse fits perfectly in your hand. I'm not clear on the DPI switch. There needs to be a better explanation of what it is used for.

It's comfortable to use which is why I bought it, and the button to change the LED speed is helpful because it is not easy to use if you don't have a good mouse pad. I bought to make it easier to play games online but it wasn't better at cursor speed, however, it did reduce hand pain. I gave it four stars just for needing to change the LED speed on my current mouse pad to keep the cursor stable.

This mouse tracks well and is comfortable to use. It is VERY tall, so it doesn't fit in the slide out tray for my keyboard and mouse.

Insignia ergonomic wireless mouse was a purchase I was not planning on making but sooo happy I did. The design allows you to hold the mouse in a way that does not put stress on your wrist and is ergonomically correct. It did take a few uses to get used to the design. I am very happy with the purchase of this wireless mouse.

Healthy Mouse but Can't Lift Up

Mouse tracks well. No start-up delay associated with some wireless mouses (Logitech). Shape is similar to Perixx, Anker, but feels slightly longer or larger. Left mouse button is firmer than I like. I can't lift it up so I returned it. It's ok if you only use it for 1 screen PC or Mac, but I have several monitors and need to lift up mouse often. Otherwise, it's healthy shape (Perixx, Anker vertical mouses) I've been using for years. I'm glad Insignia is brave to make this, but please just copy Perixx shape.

Great for my wrist. Though I should note, after you start using these you won’t be able to go back to a normal mouse. I tried and had shooting pain up my forearm.

I know this mouse might look funky at first, but TRUST ME it is the perfect shape for your hand!!! Not only is it super ergonomic, but the texture just feels so soft and easy to use. I wish I bought this sooner! I have an Adesso brand mouse just like this one that runs about $80 and I like this insignia more!

I purchased this mouse after having issues with another one bought on Amazon. This one is great, haven’t had any connection issues and it fits perfectly in my hand which is usually too big for mouses.
