I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. I've always found it easy and intuitive. Deluxe seems to work for me - I don't have a complex tax situation but do have stocks and bonds (so a bit more than normal).

Makes tax filing easy. Good value. Would be nice if annual purchasers received discounts.

Another year down with TurboTax Deluxe. No issues. Very easy to use. Includes all the updates for COVID-19 relief for businesses and individuals whom might not have gotten their stimulus checks from 2020 yet. Advice - if you did get the checks ($1200 from March and $600 from December - Do NOT lie about it to get a higher refund, the IRS will charge you because they do know who got it and who did not. Might not happen right away but down the road you will have a surprise) For those who are questioning if you need to pay anything additional to file. No, you do not need to pay anything extra to e-file the Federal or State return. Perhaps if you do more than one state but I never do.

We always purchase Intuit TurboTax for our taxes. Not only was it at a reduced price through Best Buy, we got to purchase a download and not even need to leave the house. The purchase was easy, we got to use our Best Buy "points", and of course Turbo Tax with their excellent product and support (had to call them today) can't be beat.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years to do my taxes and I do my sister's and my mom's taxes too. It is a simple program that walks you through everything, so you can use it very easily, even if you don't know how to do your taxes. I own a home and have deductions for items I buy for work and mileage that I have for work to deduct. Sometimes I itemize deductions if I have a lot of medical expenses for the year, but sometimes it is better to take the standard deduction. The program tells you which one is best, also it downloads the latest updates right away, so the changes in tax laws are up to date, like new deductions you can get for buying solar panels for your house or a hybrid car, for example.

Very easy software to use. Too many people are afraid of doing their own taxes and with TT 90% of taxpayers could so their own taxes. I do taxes for friends and family do the free 5 E-Files come in handy!

I have used the product for several years and it always works great and I never worry about the results or e filing. It walks you through the whole process and I use it on the federal and state taxes.

This is the 15th year in a row we have used TurboTax and after using it this long, I doubt we may ever try anything else!! An excellent product at a reasonable price....and so simple to use!!

Don’t count on advise if you get mixed up or have some problem that is confusing. The ‘help’ section is automated and just picks up one or two words you say or type. You get the same information as when you use the index and search. But in the end, I was able to complete my fed and CA state returns and automatically send them to IRS and FTB. It cost additional $25 to send to state. Not sure why. If you mail it, no charge. I had not directly sent to IRS before, so had to enter 0 on the 2019 AGI. Finally accepted.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Helps me file 5 tax returns with e-file. Keeps trying to make me upgrade to a more expensive version that I don’t need. But it works for what I need.

Great option for filing your own taxes. Very easy to manage and definitely does save you money. I have used them for many years, they have great customer service.

6th year in a row that I've used Turbotax at tax time. It is so easy to use and their support is top notch for those tricky forms. High recommend.

It was a very easy process. We purchased this item online for download. We received an email promptly with confirmation of purchase and to be on the lookout for another email with instructions on how to download software. We did receive the email with instructions on how to download and it worked perfectly. Software was installed and worked without any problems.

Very user friendly. I been a turbo tax user for many years. 2020 worked well. I efiled and got my refund within a week.

Very easy to use. Quick when you use it year over year because it will download your information from the prior return.

After online purchase the software download and install was straight-forward. Have used TurboTax every year and is convenient that it is able to pre-fill data and compare to prior year. Deluxe version includes one state. E-filed both federal and state this year (extra fee for state e-file). Software has option to walk you thru all common tax situations and supporting documentation is good. Price was ok, but watch for sales.
