In order for it to reappear, i need to unplug the usb connector, and reinsert it, then it will re-run through the steps to connect. This happens during meetings as well as regular video watching. It doesn't only happen for the headsets, but it also does the same for my keyboard and mouse.. think it may be faulty, however, you get what you paid for

She is now able to use her keyboard, mouse and whenever else she needs to plug in. Shipping took a but its worth the wait
