I really love this vac it makes cleaning my floors so rasy i just scheduled it to clean 3 times a week it cleans carpet and floors one of things I really love about it is wont fall down the the steps what I hate is it keep stucking to my kitchen and bathroom rugs other than that its reallu a good buy

Works very good when it comes to vacuuming the rooms, but mopping the floors not so good very bad experience at cleaning the floors on the mopping part

I used this vacuum coming from a euphy robotic vac that while it was good, only lasted a bit over a year. This vacuum vacuumed well and handled thresholds good enough, but the reason I returned it was the little nub on top which I believe may be the lidar would get stuck under the kick plate of my cabinets. This happened 5 out of the 6 times I used it. I can not say as to the mopping feature as I never got that far. I ended up retiring this and purchasing the Shark Matrix which I have been happy with.

Good product and very convenient except replacement parts are expensive.

Ive had my IRobot for about 2 years, and honestly, i love it. I have it clean the floors twice a day and i can walk barefoot in my house without stepping on something. Very nice.

More brawn then brain. This is a sub par robot. If you can setup your living space to accommodate this robot, then great. Otherwise, count on it getting stuck.

It does it's job on cleaning. But it takes awhile for it to figure out the landscape of the area being cleaned and makes the cleaning experience longer than what it should be for a human doing it. Also, the iRobot got confused and cannot figure out how to return to the board. Thus sending a message for help to the person in charge of the app. Needs more improvements as an AI cleaning agent.

Not as useful as shown. Cleans but constantly gets sick in small items. Loses programming and needed to be reset.

Its good as its able to track all areas and it has less noise Mop option is a plus as it does good cleaning

I think its great my dogs ttack in tons of sand and grass and I run it daily and it does a great job. Beats sweeping everyday.

Works well on both carpets and tile. Really like the self-emptying feature.

Still have not figured out all of the features of the machine. Very quiet wile cleaning, but loud when emptying. Only takes a few seconds to empty though.

Bought one and did not work out of the box. Returned and got a new one with warranty. These things DO NOT like carpet. It messes their brushes up quickly. Otherwise, easy to use and a neat product. (OH and it WILL go mudding if you own a pet if you catch my drift)

Works really well but has some trouble with one of our area rugs. App works great too!

The 2nd vacuum pirchased other one last two or three year best thing to keep the floors alway clean . Highly recommend

Works great, honestly vacuums better than I could have expected. A little difficult figuring out setup.

It works well within its limitations, you have to understand that it is a machine, personally I am very demanding with cleaning, but where there are many objects inside the house it has to be done manually, I like it, it goes up the carpets without problems, it collects dust and fluff, it is helpful especially when you are very busy, I recommend it.

This was an upgrade from an older 960 model. It is so much quieter and gets und the table + chairs so much better. The self emptying is a major plus. Also the ability to map the house to pick and choose rooms rocks. Have not used the mopping feature. I would recommend to anyone looking for a roomba to get this model.
