super vacuum cleaner washes and vacuums just great

I recently purchased this iRobot cleaner, hoping to add it to my collection of robots from the same company. However, my experience with this model was disappointing. It struggled to navigate my challenging environment, consisting of rugs, hardwood floors, and furniture. Out of the few runs I attempted, only one was successful. When it did work, the iRobot vacuum provided satisfactory cleaning results, leaving my floors clean and debris-free. However, due to its frequent failures in my specific environment, I decided to return it after about a month. If you have a simpler environment without a combination of rugs, hardwood floors, and many obstacles, this vacuum may work well for you. But in my case, it didn't meet my expectations. I appreciate Best Buy's return policy, which allowed me to explore other options.

Very pricey. It does what it says just hoping for the price it's study and lasts!

Excellent is the best word to express my satisfaction with this bff! Amazing time saver and very satisfied with the mop mode as well as daily vac job. A must have pal if you are busy and cant handle the cleaning chores by yourself.

Does a good cleaning and the dual cleaning makes it more easy to maintain.

While im at work or away im able to vaccum/mop. when i grt home i spot clean if need be but the mapping is great. took 2-3 times to get it right but once configured youre gold. dog hair not a problem and a nice big empty try so you aren’t constantly emptying it

Use more to touch up, then to clean. Surprisingly loud, was expecting noise but not that loud especially when emptying. Mapping is ok, but had to redo a couple times, still leaves a section of kitchen off the map. Mopping feature is ok, but if I could go back, I would get the model without the mopping feature.

Love it! I can really tell the difference and it does a wonderful job.

Worth the price for those who have children and pets. Happy with the cleaning and mopping capabilities.

The mopping feature really isn't worth the extra $300 price over the standard j7, especially if you have a larger house. In order to complete every room, I had to do the house in batches - refilling the tank each time & setting the water amount to the lowest setting. Otherwise it would run out of water. After a few days of using this to mop our house, I did a quick manual wet-jet mop and the thing was filthy, so this isn't getting much up. We also had an issue where pet hair would get caught up in the brushes instead of getting sucked up & would then get deposited throughout the house whenever the robot would go over transitions or hit rug corners. This meant we had to then follow the robot with our manual vacuum, kind of defeating the purpose of a robot in the first place.

I was not sure if this product will be good for daily use for mopping, but it has exceeded my expectations. Great vacuum combo for daily cleanup. Only thing I would like to see is a bigger container for water. Other than that, great product!

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now and I can see that I’m happy it’s shortened my weekly cleans quite significantly at night. I still use a vacuum and mop on the weekends to get a good clean and everything like that but I will say that this has made my life a little bit easier and I’m happy with it.

Love the mop and vacuum combo. And the self emptying amenity. Smart vacuum detected obstacles and asks if it is a temporary one or permanent and takes a picture for you. In one picture it took a snapshot of my dog in the way. Ha! Love this purchase I made!

Works well for some clean up but in general you still will need to sweep, Vaccum and mop in general

Good for a year or little bit more, but then becomes stupid and stuck where it didn’t before.

Vacuum feature is great but the mop feature leaves a little to be desired.

This is one of the best things I have had this year! I bought the vacuum only first, used it for one month and had to go for this one for my first floor. I only hate the noise it has when emptying. My house has never been this clean and fresh without some struggle.
