    The adaptor itself is good. Software compatibility with intel graphic card on the PC side (particularly pre-window 10 OS) may be a complication for USB recognition by the PC. When you have the initial connection, download the most updated adaptor drive. If it does not connect, check and ensure the PC USB recognition from the PC graphic card.

    Many new computers do not have VGA capability, this little device works well. I primarily use it for power point, because so many churches I present at, have VGA cables and my new laptop does not have VGA. I highly recommend, however, be aware, there maybe a few VGA issues it does not work with.

    I have to admit i was a little skeptical about this purchase but this thing is pretty impressive. Was able to extend video to a 3rd monitor using USB connection and VGA cable.
