    I received an empty box, customer service really made hard to me finding a replacement called a second time to find that my claim was closed unilaterally then the associate was able to cancel the order, return my rewards and return the money to my best buy card which took another few days Everything was bad this time with my purchase but at least did not lose my money or rewards

    Not bad for a basic adaptor. I needed one that would also allow charging to my MacBook, but unfortunately, this product doesnt have that feature.
