Bought the Jabra 25e headphone substituting a pair of Bluetooh left behind in the airport security at JFK in NYC. Bought it primarily because box said battery life was some 18 hours, yet not getting more than eight out of them. Had LG Bluetooth which delivered fourteen to sixteen hours but had issues with speaker on one side, warranty is out and replacing them would be costly since the self coiling bud set comes now only on premium products. Jabra 25e delivers good sound due in part to the form of the earpieces which stay in ear even if you are doing strenuous work or sports. Though having the

The design off making the battery in the center make it fall thorough your back and shirt. The LG have the weigh in the tip and that make it hold in your neck.

At half the cost of the over-hyped white earphone pieces by a very well known company, these wireless Bluetooth headphones blow the competition out of the water. Jabra did an excellent job making the headphones I can actually use in virtually any activity without worrying about losing them, or constantly adjusting the ear buds.
Jabra Elite 25e comes in an attractive box which also contains a USB charging cord and additional rubber buds. The ones installed on the headphone set fit me perfectly and I did not have to replace them. Pairing the headphones to my iPhone was super easy and almost instantaneous. However, I did run into a problem with my iPad. No matter what I tried, the iPad did not see the headphones and I could not pair them up. Jabra 25e provides voice assistance when pairing the headphones to your mobile device, but it did not help.
It is somewhat hard to provide an audiophile opinion of these headphones due to an inherent limitation of Bluetooth when transmitting audio. However, considering how these headphones may be typically used, the sound quality is fair. The bass is substantially heavy and I did not notice any distortion. The highs however are somewhat dull. I tried several apps and online streams that broadcast at 320Kbps. I also tried bringing up the highs using an equalizer but did not notice much improvement. Regardless of this audio limitation, I still think that Jabra 25e is an excellent product.
I have used these headphones several times while running, both outside and on the treadmill. The ear pieces stayed in very securely and I didn't have to adjust them at all, regardless of the intensity of the exercise. The headphones are very effective in isolating noise as well.
As far as the battery life goes, Jabra's performance is simply amazing. I used the headphones for a couple of days (a few hours each time) and the charge remained well over 50-60%. When fully charged and in storage, the charge remains at 100% for quite some time.
Lastly, the USB port is somewhat hard to access/open. My best guess this is due to this headphones being water resistant, which is a plus for those who run outside in various weather conditions

The sound quality and battery life is spectacular. I have owned these for just at a year and use them almost every day. Some days I play music all day long and the battery lasts. Other times, I can go a few days without charging if used for a couple hours a day. The downside is the little plastic ear canal buds come off and get lost and are not easily replaceable though a couple sets in varying sizes are provided so when lost, just have to deal with a less than perfect fit. More than once the plastic cover that protects the speaker portion has also come off and I lost one of those. No replacements for those found by me. Lastly, today after 1 year and 2 days, one of the buds got caught on my briefcase when I was taking it off my shoulder and broke. No coming back from this one. If you will be using only while working out, cool, but when they aren't in your ear, they get caught in stuff all the time! Also, if you have any kind of chain that is magnetic on, you might accidentally hang up on someone if one bud is hanging and the magnet on the back attracts to your chain/necklace Despite those issues, I am really going to miss them, hard to find good sound quality and long battery life and water resistant. If replacement parts were available, would rate 4 stars. The sound quality makes up for the tangling.

Very happy with this purchase. Battery lasts very long. Had a few issues with syncing to two devices. You have to read the directions very explicitly and don’t hold the button down too long. But once is done on that. Again. Great sound quality and comfortable to wear. I like the in ear style.

I was trying out new headsets because Best Buy doesn’t offer the replacement plan on the the LG tones anymore. This headset is awesome! Music sounds amazing and the earbuds are so comfortable. The battery last a very long time as advertised. I use them constantly at work and can go two days of constant use without charging. My only complaint, and the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars, is the battery on the back of the neck. I got used to it but it’s not a design I’m crazy about.

Bought this set of headphones because the 20 hour battery life, the previous set I had was dropping to less than 4 hours of life.
Overall, the quality of these headphones is high, the sound is decent but could be louder. If I move around while slouching the behind the neck portion tends to slide off my neck, so there is room for improvement on the design, however it is comfortable enough that I wear this set almost every day.

Sound quality is great, battery life is great. Unfortunately its an older moldel so you still have to use the micro USB as opposed to the type-C charger. But for me the biggest downside is the way the ear pieces have that curve. I thought at first it would feel fine but th emore i used it the more it didn't fit quite right specifically in my right ear. I'm a huge jabra fan boy and i LOVE my 85H's but these just didn't feel good to me. I specifically bought them to use in my motorcycle helmet and well it could have been better.
Try them out for the price they are great. Just didn't work for me.

To start I can find a negative in anything. I mostly use these for work, I run job sites and on the phone a lot so hands free is a must. they last two full days for me on a single charge. They’re comfortable and sleek. Only downside about them is that they just don’t get loud enough, I tend to have to tell the person on the other end to speak up a little.

Definitely the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever worn. It comes with 3 bud sizes which is definitely good, I went with the smallest on offer. The piece that helps stabilize it in your ear causes a weird pressure point that actually hurts after about 15 minutes. Ultimately I think it's just too big for my ear, so not a problem for everyone. The main problem I have with this product (besides that it physically hurts to wear) is that the design is awful. The cables that attach the headphones to the neck band are 9 inches long making anyone who wears these look like a complete dork due to it looking like you have dumbo ears made of cords sticking out from the side of your head. There is also no place to put the cable if you're only wearing one bud. So with the cord being so long, you have the other earbud almost hanging down to your bellybutton. Sound quality is pretty good, I would give that a 3.5/5 the microphone is better than the sound quality. The band has very little flex and I often find it doesn't stay on my neck. Ultimately I bought these headphones while my Skullcandy Method set was in for warranty (a much better headset in every way) and I will be stuck eating the cost of these since my better headphones won't be back within the return policy. Very happy I bought these when they were on sale or I be very upset.
I should also add that the only two good things about this set of headphones is the Microphone and the battery life. This battery lasts a very long time.

I picked this up after losing my LG tone pro wireless earbuds (The model I had is discontinued).
First the positive, the battery life on these is great. I can listen to music all day, make a bunch of calls and still have great battery life. Plus 1 for this.
Now the sound, for calls, it's okay. people can hear me and I can hear them. there's a bit of wind noise on the other end sometimes. But overall these are serviceable.
For music, I found them a bit on the thin sounding side. If you like pounding bass look elsewhere. I don't like pounding bass, but the sound seems pretty trebley, and the highs are a bit on the harsh side. Mids are okay.
They're comfortable to wear all day and the neckband is not too bad. The earbuds magnetically click together and doing so ends a call or pauses the music.
I do wish there was a better solution for the cables besides just hanging there in front. but nothing is perfect.

My original headphones went out so I purchased this wireless set at the last minute. The sound is loud enough but I don't like the way it hangs around my neck, it tend to slide backwards off my neck. This is annoying because I bought them to use at the gym or to for a walk or run. I also think the position of the buttons to answer the phone, change the volume or switch on/off could be placed more strategically. But It is nice that it came with 3 different sizes of earbud covers to fit your ear.

I am very happy with the purchase. Sound quality is great. When I am on the phone people hear me clearly. The wires for the earbuds seem to be pretty sturdy. They stay on my neck and seem less susceptible to falling off. My only gripe is the power on/off button is not that user friendly, when trying to find it while it is on my neck.
