At half the cost of the over-hyped white earphone pieces by a very well known company, these wireless Bluetooth headphones blow the competition out of the water. Jabra did an excellent job making the headphones I can actually use in virtually any activity without worrying about losing them, or constantly adjusting the ear buds. Jabra Elite 25e comes in an attractive box which also contains a USB charging cord and additional rubber buds. The ones installed on the headphone set fit me perfectly and I did not have to replace them. Pairing the headphones to my iPhone was super easy and almost instantaneous. However, I did run into a problem with my iPad. No matter what I tried, the iPad did not see the headphones and I could not pair them up. Jabra 25e provides voice assistance when pairing the headphones to your mobile device, but it did not help. It is somewhat hard to provide an audiophile opinion of these headphones due to an inherent limitation of Bluetooth when transmitting audio. However, considering how these headphones may be typically used, the sound quality is fair. The bass is substantially heavy and I did not notice any distortion. The highs however are somewhat dull. I tried several apps and online streams that broadcast at 320Kbps. I also tried bringing up the highs using an equalizer but did not notice much improvement. Regardless of this audio limitation, I still think that Jabra 25e is an excellent product. I have used these headphones several times while running, both outside and on the treadmill. The ear pieces stayed in very securely and I didn't have to adjust them at all, regardless of the intensity of the exercise. The headphones are very effective in isolating noise as well. As far as the battery life goes, Jabra's performance is simply amazing. I used the headphones for a couple of days (a few hours each time) and the charge remained well over 50-60%. When fully charged and in storage, the charge remains at 100% for quite some time. Lastly, the USB port is somewhat hard to access/open. My best guess this is due to this headphones being water resistant, which is a plus for those who run outside in various weather conditions

The sound quality and battery life is spectacular. I have owned these for just at a year and use them almost every day. Some days I play music all day long and the battery lasts. Other times, I can go a few days without charging if used for a couple hours a day. The downside is the little plastic ear canal buds come off and get lost and are not easily replaceable though a couple sets in varying sizes are provided so when lost, just have to deal with a less than perfect fit. More than once the plastic cover that protects the speaker portion has also come off and I lost one of those. No replacements for those found by me. Lastly, today after 1 year and 2 days, one of the buds got caught on my briefcase when I was taking it off my shoulder and broke. No coming back from this one. If you will be using only while working out, cool, but when they aren't in your ear, they get caught in stuff all the time! Also, if you have any kind of chain that is magnetic on, you might accidentally hang up on someone if one bud is hanging and the magnet on the back attracts to your chain/necklace Despite those issues, I am really going to miss them, hard to find good sound quality and long battery life and water resistant. If replacement parts were available, would rate 4 stars. The sound quality makes up for the tangling.

Bought on sale, and definitely glad I did. Good sound for mix of stuff -- Music, Podcasts, streaming radio, etc. Range is excellent-- still connected at opposite end of my condo. The ear tips take a bit to get used to, but work better once properly fitted. I've had some buds I couldn't wear because they were too painful of a fit before. These rest well in the ear, without needing a hook, feel good and don't fall out. One of the few ones I've seen with a mike. Lots of hidden button commands I'm still getting used to - like Redial. Love the adjustable band -- First one I've seen. I was attracted to the headphones because of the battery life. If I'm using wireless headphones, i could have 5-8 hours of playtime needed for the work day -- MORE if I'm going to the store or errands after work. Simply put, most headphones won't last a full day for me. My old phones have become a backup to these when charging. Only oddity is the magnetic on/off. The buds are magnetic and will attract each other when hanging down. But this is used as a on/off switch. I discovered in early use that if I listen with one ear (podcasts, talk radio , etc. while at work), the free bud could find something ELSE magnetic , like metal on my id card clip, and pause the playback. Easily cured, but for a while it was very confusing why the phones kept shutting off all the time.

I do not usually review products, waste of time reviewing for consumer goods really, but this is principle and a 90$ pair of headphones. Long story short, they stopped working completely, did not turn on. I reached out to support, took over a week for them to get back, once they did there was about 10 follow up questions (including asks for pictures, descriptions, product numbers etc.) i did this, to which the responded, you need to go to our Warranty department, why waste my time collecting all this information then? go to the warranty, send them everything (there is a 6 month warranty on these product), they are now asking i ship them back with no explanation as to why. Their service people are nice, but nice doesnt replace my headphones, they need to change how their support is conducted and just replace or refund when necessary. had product for 10 weeks, 3 weeks have been broken and still going back and fourth with Jabra. oh...and the shipping label they sent is wrong. hope this helps.

I picked this up after losing my LG tone pro wireless earbuds (The model I had is discontinued). First the positive, the battery life on these is great. I can listen to music all day, make a bunch of calls and still have great battery life. Plus 1 for this. Now the sound, for calls, it's okay. people can hear me and I can hear them. there's a bit of wind noise on the other end sometimes. But overall these are serviceable. For music, I found them a bit on the thin sounding side. If you like pounding bass look elsewhere. I don't like pounding bass, but the sound seems pretty trebley, and the highs are a bit on the harsh side. Mids are okay. They're comfortable to wear all day and the neckband is not too bad. The earbuds magnetically click together and doing so ends a call or pauses the music. I do wish there was a better solution for the cables besides just hanging there in front. but nothing is perfect.

Bought the Jabra 25e headphone substituting a pair of Bluetooh left behind in the airport security at JFK in NYC. Bought it primarily because box said battery life was some 18 hours, yet not getting more than eight out of them. Had LG Bluetooth which delivered fourteen to sixteen hours but had issues with speaker on one side, warranty is out and replacing them would be costly since the self coiling bud set comes now only on premium products. Jabra 25e delivers good sound due in part to the form of the earpieces which stay in ear even if you are doing strenuous work or sports. Though having the

As a train commuter, I hated how my headphones got tangled up in my back pack and how it "tickled" my neck. I saw wireless as a way to get passed both these issues. When working, the Jabra headphones have great sound and the connection stays strong. However, as my train is moving along - establishing a connection is hard. I have to make at least three attempts before I get connected. Also, though the neck wrap is supposedly designed to stay where it is supposed to be - in reality, it is constantly slipping off my neck and falling behind me. This sometimes yanks the earphones our of my ears. I don't see how they can market it to athletes. When I simply jog a bit as I'm heading for the subway, it falls back off my neck. I can't imagine how a runner or exerciser would fair. I can't recommend it for those looking for headphones for a sports workout. It just won't stay around your neck.

These do the job. I like a couple of features, especially how a call will be answered automatically (or music will resume play) if you disconnect the magnetic earbuds from one another. The opposite will happen if you connect the magnetic earbuds (hang up or pause music). The problem for me is that the magnets were too weak to stay connected, so they would always be dangling all over while I was active. It was their inability to stay in place that had me shopping for another pair. Additionally, they aren't very loud and the sound quality is mediocre. They were priced appropriately, for what they do, so take that into consideration.

For $80 headphones, I believe these are overpriced. I used to have a pair of LG Hbs-750 headphones that worked and sounded amazing. These headphone are only audible once you put the volume at its maximum capacity. I hear the echo in my voice and of the noise of my environment while on phone calls. Spotify would also need to be reset when I would press pause on the headphones. Bluetooth connectivity would also lag. For $80 I don’t think this is worth the price. Got these on sale for almost half the price but still isn’t worth it. It’s been 6 days and I’m not returning these. Spend your money on SONY, Skullcandy or the Bose brands instead.

I use earbuds for two purposes. Talking on the phone and listening to music are why I need earbuds. The call quality on these has diminished quickly (just a couple of months) . Several people have thought that I was no longer on the phone because the earbuds would cut out. As soon as I would turn off bluetooth and talk directly into my phone (Samsung Note 8) everything was crystal clear to the person to whom I was speaking. I'm going to return these and find something better. With regard to sound quality for music they sound really good but that is not good enough. I need to be able to reliably talk on the phone without quality issues.

Jabra has done a good job with these headphones. Make sure you read the manual, because some of the functions are not obvious. To pair these with your Bluetooth device, you have to make sure the headphones are off then hold the little circle button down for 5 seconds. The headphones turn on after 3 seconds but you have to keep holding until a voice tells you to go ahead and pair the device. My phone has remembered the connection ever since the first pairing, so you only have to set them up once. The Jabra headphones will remember up to 8 paired devices

These headphones are very well built (not flimsy at all) and the collar sits steadily on your neck. There is no way to lose the earbuds and the controls are conveniently located on the sides of the collar. The vibration helps the ¨blind¨ navigation a lot. The sound quality is very decent, but not perfect. Not rich or subtle enough for classical music or jazz. These headphones would be great for outdoors activities or in the gym, Also, you wouldn´t wear these headphones with a formal outfit.

Originally got these for my wife, but she didn’t like that the cords hung so low on her when not in her ears, and they hurt her ears inside. I decided to try them for strictly my music listening, and had trouble with them hurting some also. I found some unused ear pieces from an old set, and they fit and give me no pain anymore. They sound great for music, but tend to give a person on the phone some background noise. They will slide back off your neck sometimes, but it’s not bad. Sound GREAT for music.

Comfortable, Generic ear rubbers, died in a day

    Posted

I bought one of these before a business trip. Set them up in the car on the way to the airport. The egg-shaped rubber earbud seals are painful, but they accept generic rubbers so I was able to switch them out switch some I like better. They worked fine all that day, but the next day, while I was a a client's site and needed a little isolation from a noisy environment while I worked, they refused to connect back to my phone. I reset my phone's blue-tooth and network stack, and then they wouldn't pair. Sigh... At least they worked on the plane.

I got these to wear while exercising and to listen to white noise at night. The battery life is quite good, and it fully charges within a couple hours. It comes with three sizes of ear buds. The music sound is average. I had a problem pairing this with the Bluetooth of my tablet. I put in a chat request to Jabra and 2 days later received a response from Mikayla saying this device is only intended to pair with phones, not tablets which is not described anywhere on the box. Working with Geek Squad I was able to get it paired to my Samsung tablet. I am very disappointed with Jabra tech support.

I was trying out new headsets because Best Buy doesn’t offer the replacement plan on the the LG tones anymore. This headset is awesome! Music sounds amazing and the earbuds are so comfortable. The battery last a very long time as advertised. I use them constantly at work and can go two days of constant use without charging. My only complaint, and the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars, is the battery on the back of the neck. I got used to it but it’s not a design I’m crazy about.

Good quality & all around value. Only issue is the headsets can slide off your back unknowngly even thought the buds are magnetized to secure them around your neck. This fails. I lost first pair this way sveral times & was lucky to get them back twice. The third time I had to buy a new set but now I tie them slightly and they are great. would give them 4 1/2 stars for this but since only options are 4 & 5 give them the benefit.

I love that they vibrate when the phone rings & announce the caller. They fit comfortably in my ear & have different size buds. They are very sturdy around my neck. The quality of the sound is horrible. No bass & it’s not crisp & clear. It’s hard to hear with just one bud in with the volume all the way up. The battery life is great. I’ve gotten better sound quality from cheapies. I plan to return this head set.
