Easy to use and with a long battery life. It gives me comfort when I use it while inside the bus and train. The quality of its sound is amazing; sometimes I thought I was using the headphones. I string recommend this to all those who travel from home to work vice versa.

So I decided to get these for the price, and to just use at the gym, I thought the behind the ear hooks would be great, but as time goes, they are to flimsy and do not really hold. The ear piece themselves are odd shaped so you do not get a real in the ear feel, it's as if it just throws noise in you ear from a distance (If that makes sense), so if you are looking for something to block outside noise, these are not what you want. I bought these during black Friday, and they are already failing to hold a charge, I let them charge to 100% and in less then 5 minutes they are already shutting off (see pics below). I reached out to Jabra and talk about jumping through hops, all I wanted to do is go through the warranty since I can not return them, and that alone has taken over 3 weeks to finally get a response and also jump through hops. I finally just gave up and tossed them in the trash. All I wanted was for someone to say "Hey send them in, we will send you a refurbished, or even new set, and we will see what the issue is", instead they have me to do a bunch of tech nonsense. A

Hurt my inner ears and sound cutting out

I liked that the headphones were easy to use and had nice sound quality. I liked the phone app, it displayed the headphone battery life and had personalized equalizer settings; however, no matter how you setup the equalizer (bass and treble) settings the sound never changed, which was a negative. I purchased the headphones primarily for running/working out and they were comfortable in the my ears for the first 15 minutes before I started to feel the weight and bulkiness of the headphones. Followed up with my inner ears starting to tingle and feel strained after wearing them for about 30 minutes. Then after about 45 minutes of wearing the headphones, my ears would just start to hurt. So big negative on comfortability. Lastly, the sound kept cutting out every few minutes or so. I thought maybe it was because the headphones did not pair well with my phone; so, I paired the headphones with my home theatre receiver to investigate. Unfortunately, the sound kept cutting out with home theatre receiver as well, which concluded to me that the headphones have Bluetooth transmitting issues. I tried them out for several days to see if I would adjust to the fit and if I would get use to the cutting out; however, it did not work out for me. I will be returning these headphone ASAP.

These are my second Jabra product – I've had and enjoyed my Elite 65t for about a year. I purchased these to use for outdoor exercise. That was a great choice: for a secure fit and safely letting in outside noise, these are great. As advertised, they are *great* at letting in outside noise. They do not have a feature to actively amplify outside sounds (like the Elite 65t/75t do with HearThrough) but they seriously let in *all* the sound. With no music playing, it's like you have no earbuds in. A+ for safety. Their fit is secure, but not the most comfortable. The earbuds sit away from your ears (similar to other workout earbuds, like the Plantronics BackBeat Fits, but unlike most regular earbuds) to better let in ambient noise. It's a weird and almost "unsecure" feeling, but make no mistake, these are not going to fall out. They wrap around the tops of your ears! Unfortunately, they're not super comfortable (though I've gotten used to them) – they have a little thing that sticks into the top of your ears, and much be positioned precisely in your ear to avoid ear pain. I got used to it, and they're fine after a week or two. Sound quality – meh. They're fine for workouts. They're relatively good with features, with basic access to your device assistant plus Alexa through the Jabra Sound+ app, an equalizer, and some basic customization. The real winner is multipoint pairing: you can pair them to multiple devices at once, and they'll play sound from the one you're using! I love it – I have it paired to three devices and keep Bluetooth on on the two I need at that time. Battery life is ~8 hours as advertised. Micro-USB is a bit of a downer, but oh well. So, buy these for workouts! They're also useful if you're working in a quiet home and need to hear if the doorbell rings. But, if you're around any noise you don't want to hear, these are *not* the earbuds for you. For me, these were as expected in all areas except comfort, but I got used to them and now like them.

Great Headphones for Working Out and Outdoor Work!

I'm terrible with breaking cell phones, so I had to get these for both working out and for any work that I do around the house. Just like what a lot of other people have said, they don't fit inside of the ear canals the greatest (they push on ear canal opening a good bit). However, the hoop around the ear keeps them held in place pretty well, and even if you don't push the headphones fully into your ears you can still get great sound. I personally prefer to push the headphones into my ears, as I've found when I'm cutting stuff they actually do a decent job of blocking the sound. Another huge benefit of these headphones is they breath pretty well, and don't collect moisture (we just had a few 100-degree Fahrenheit days, and I was working outside while wearing these). I'm able to get about 30-feet of range from my phone to these headphones. Also, the ability to adjust and tailor the quality of sound with the Jabra app is a huge plus!

Sound is very good. Controls are convenient and intuitive. Phone app gives even more control. Only negative for me is length of cable connecting ear buds. Tends to pull a bit.

Bought these for my husband and he Loves them! True wireless earbuds are not a good match for him. We chose these due to the design of the earbuds and the neck strap. He has no problem with them staying on / in place, no ear tenderness or soreness. Comfortable design of the neck strap, just the right length. He loves that the control buttons are right at his finger tips and control everything he needs. The sound is wonderful. Also purchased the 65e to compare. Excellent, noticeable difference in sound quality due to they block out the ambient noise and go into your ear. However, the design, comfort and fit of the 45e is superior. Either way you can't go wrong!

I really enjoy the sound quality of these headphones—there’s a good fullness of range for headphones in this price point. Not a audiophile by any means, but certainly not disappointed. The microphones on this pair do a great job reducing ambient noise during phone calls. Some people can’t tell I’m using a headset. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and reliable. The fit is a little awkward. I’m sure it just depends on this person.

This was a gift for someone that lost their first pair... Was told that they were the most comfortable and great sound and fit. Doesn't clog up the ear canals or irritate them from use like others ones that go deeper into the ear.

Was hesitant to purchase these only because I'm real picky with headphones. I came from using the over the head, headphones. Pros: Battery life is definitely a huge plus on these headphones. Can use them all day and have some extra juice for the next day without a overnight charge. Also doesn't take long to get your full charge back. Sound is good and comfort isn't bad (once the over the ear hooks adjust to your ear shape.) Right out of the box wearing them for a bit behind my ears they got a bit sore. Cons: My biggest annoyance is noise canceling. They cancel a decent amount out just not enough in my opinion. Also the range of the headphones isn't the best. You can barely go a short distance before they start to distortion. Also wish where you charge your headphones they had a rubber piece that could cover it because I wouldn't want to chance getting water damage even though they are water/sweat resistant. I hope this review helps you with your purchase.

I lost my JBL headphones and didn’t want to fork over another $100 for them so I went with these which were about 30% less expensive. Very happy with them, good battery life. One thing to note, the rubber/silicone pieces that go in the ear seem to be one size fits all. Since these hook over the back of your ear, it seems to be fine since they aren’t meant to be snug in your ear. No impact to me, but something to be aware of

I really like these. They sound pretty clear. They do hurt my ears to wear for long periods of time. I am still trying to break them in. It's a little better now, but they are still uncomfortable. Otherwise, they work great, so far. They are way better than the one ear one I had for the last 10 years.

Perfect for running. Sound quality is great. They are comfortable to wear and I like the volume feature. One thing I do not like is that you cannot change the song. when running long distance, it would be nice to change a song or listen to it again. Small personal issue though. Overall I would recommend these.
