The sound quality is remarkable! Where others have provided negative feedback on the fit, i find that they fit well on me, especially since they have different size ear fittings included. The only issue I've had is connectivity. There's some instances where they won't auto-connect to saved devices and also cannot be found when scanning from new devices. Overall, very happy!

Overall good sound quality, these buds will not fall out of your ear under any circumstances. Running, mountain biking, working out, these buds have yet to become dislodged in any way. Chief complaint is the bass, not much to them. Sound is clear though, treble is solid. Very good battery life, especially with the charger/case. The JBL app also helps greatly with adjusting the sound and turning noise cancelling on or off.

Overall a great item! I love the fact that I can change the bass, and the settings of the ear buds though a the jbl app. This allowed me to have an amazing experience, whether listen music or just watching shows on my phone. These head phones are also good for working out, they hold place in your ear while running and was in general was great purchase! There where some down falls such the earbuds where huge and stood out alot and they gave out faster than anticipated.

My first set. Great for a sale price point. Long battery life. Safe & above average noise cancelation, imho. Nice fit! My ears aren't easy to fit and these work great.

Bought these for $40 bucks during black Friday week. They sound really good for what I paid for. Noise cancelling works pretty well. EQ and other settings can be easily accessible via JBL app. Only things I don't like are, a little difficult to get them in and out of the case. And it's bit hard to put them in the ear. Once they're in, they stay good without falling. And they did drop connection a few times. However I would definitely not pay $99 for these. If you don't need ANC, I would recommend trying Skullcandy Sech Evo.

I have been on the hunt for a decent pair of true wireless headphones to replace my recently deceased Power Beats Pros for when I go running. I had gone through so many different brands and models, review after review on Youtube, and in one of the reviews, there was a comment about the JBL Reflect Mini NC's, and I figured it was worth a shot. There isn't much about these tiny headphones, but, let me tell you, they are amazing. The sound is excellent, the settings and app are fantastic, the transparency mode is stellar, and the rubber ear grips stay in place, unlike some more expensive brands like Klipsch. These headphones are truly spectacular; the only downside is, JBL has a habit of getting rid of a line without so much as a peep to the internet. Aside from that, they are truly amazing. The only negative is, they are tough to pair with more than one device. It can be a massive pain in the butt to get them to work with your laptop and phone. They won't work simultaneously, and getting them to not pair with the phone is a hard thing to do. So if you are going to use them for a Zoom meeting or something,give yourself ample time to get it situated.

Quality fits well and adjustable sound! Seven hours of listening time

Over all a great set for me. They stay in my ear perfectly. They do work well at a construction work site. As a carpenter I haven’t used the noise canceling but a few times . It does drown out power saws if used . Other wise the app is a must to use with . Only issue I’ve had and it’s once in awhile the pass through noise option is click on and I have to open app to turn off. That may be a phone in pocket changing setting for all I know but over all a great set to toss on and go mow the yard .

Blocks out the background noise in the gym so I'm able to focus on my workout and limit distractions. The ability to switch between noise canceling and ambient is useful, so I'm able to use the same buds when I'm also in areas where I may need to be more aware of surroundings. There are no issues with them falling out at all. Had been using the mid-sized ear mold and inner ear pad. Recently switched to the smallest inner ear pad, and noise canceling is still working well. The only downside with these I’ve had so far is that it seems as though when the buds are in the case and closed none of the features from the JBL app works such as the location services and exploring settings.

Awesome and fits snug. Sound quality better than the Beats. Had a pair of Beats pro and had continuous connectivity issues. JBL's have no issues at the gym workouts. Looking to buy a second pair.

Great sound and comfortable fitting. The only issue I had was the outside rubber piece falling off when I would take them out of my ear.

I originally purchased these headphones on sale to have something cheap to run with on the treadmill. The have since replaced my expensive head phones as the primary ones. They are comfortable, have great sound and stay in during workouts ( most of the time).

I bought 3 pairs to give as gifts and one pair for myself. All 4 pairs are malfunctioning. The right side buds on 2 sets are week as poster by other reviews. The other 2 sets are the left ear buds. We are going to try replacements of the same model. We are hoping the 1st ones were just covid rushed during manufacturing and are now made better. They sounded great before they stop working properly. The app needs some tweeking.

Good audio quality and battery life. Comfortable but not for long periods

The sound is great when I use the medium and large cushions. But the small cushions seem to block the bass. They are “ touchy”. Meaning, the placement of the controls on them activate when I touch them to adjust them ( because they slide out of my ear). Battery is awesome and when I get them in good they seem to stay. I have not jogged with them yet but I have walked and done weightlifting.

Very good sound after tuning with the app. No issues so far and have had them for a month. Noise cancellation as good as I expected. I use them when working out, yard work and general use. Takes about an hour for them to start to feel uncomfortable. The fit under muffs which is a plus when mowing.

Very pleased with this product. Battery life is excellent. Sound quality is the best in my opinion. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I would highly recommend.

They are pretty good for sound. Once you figure out the combo of sizes from the two pieces to use, they fit decent. Never had an issue with the connectivity to my phone, but the app connecting to them is sometimes goofy even though I’m already listening to music on them. I think the battery life on them is very good. Noise canceling is alright.

These fit really well in my ears. The sound quality is very good. the noise cancelling works well. The battery life is good, but not as long as the box suggests. My favorite headphones. Great price too.
