    Good sound quality. Especially closer to speaker. The Extreme 4 loses bass at higher volumes. Price point too high.

    The speaker is a good speaker. The reason for my low star review is Best Buys return policy. After receiving it, I decided I wanted the JBL Boombox instead. It's bigger. I hadn't opened it, as it's a gift. Best Buy has a 14 days return/exchange policy. Seriously? 14 Days? I don't want to return, I want to exchange and I can't. This will stop me from purchasing from Best Buy for gifts in the future.
