Great EV charger. Is quick and mounted easily. Love how this model has a led light screen to confirm charging status from the charger itself and the build is very sturdy. The app is a little challenging to use, but it allows you to set time parameters for charging if your utility district gives overnight rate discounts for charging.

Easy to set up. Good app support. Qualifies for discounted electricity rates. Can be locked into place. Long cord. So far no issues. It is only a 30 amp charger but it delivers the max power my Grand Cherokee 4xe can dream 7kwh.I picked plug in vs hard wire so I can upgrade in the future without to much hassle. I Would buy again.

Excellent charger and design. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the lack of solid and clear directions to connect the juice Box and phone to WiFi. I figured it out eventually but could have done it much quicker if the directions were written better.

I purchased this charger because it has the ability to deliver 48amps to a compatible EV. This allows for late night charging to complete during off peak hours. The APP allows for progress to be viewed on a portable device and START/STOP charging while viewing consumption and charging cost at a glance. Cord holder is also very convenient.

I purchased the JuiceBox 32 to charge my two PHEVs and 1 BEV. This unit is easy to program with my SCE time of use plan. The programming also allows you to tell it how much charge you have and set a maximum limit, in case your vehicle app doesn’t let you. Highly recommend!

Does exactly what you want it to do, but the phone app is lacking. I was hoping I could select the charge rate via the app, but that's not possible. Also, upon initial installation it only charged at 1 to 2KW/h. I had to change a setting to make the minimum amps 32 in the app to get the full 7+kw/h charging. It wasn't clear in any instructions what had to be done there.

Works excellently. Had a small hiccup with the app, but got taken care of pretty quickly. The scheduled charging function works fine, but I stopped using it because it isn't really necessary in my area.

It charges my Hyundai fairly quick. I start charge around 11pm and by 5am its fully charged. The app is a bit confusing that I really don't use it just to see when its fully charged. Only reason i gave it a 4 star is for the app but everything else im very satisfied. Now i can charge at home with no waiting time

Very satisfied with the charging speed and ease of setup. Also like how I can setup my vehicle to charge at certain times.

Needed a lot of help from company to get this device running. Install and uninstall. Once that was done it’s does the job

Great product. It charges my hybrid fast and It is energy efficient. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting an affordable alternative.

The charger is a good value for the money. Charges fast. The app that goes with it is pretty bad but you can make it work. Price even better with SMUD rebate. So far, gets the job done!

Great charger. When you download the app, you get a lot of good info and customization. You can set certain charging times so you don't charge during the highest tariff times even if the charger is plugged into the car

Ok for now had to replace the first one I received other than that it’s working very well ok price

Would be good if the app wasnt terrible. Almost $600 and the app struggles to load or atay signed in. Wont remember settings

Bought end of 30 Jan 2024, intial charger works, but every time plugging in to chrger is not starts. I have few time reset both juice Box console, few time troubleshooting it start working. Bust buy said out of return policy and adopter not sure will continue to support …. For me wasted my money….

This is one of the easiest wifi connected chargers available. The set up for the charger takes about 3 mins from the time you turn it on till the time its rebooting with the correct wifi information for your home network, The phone app has a wealth of data available at your finger tips as to charging, how much, how long and so on. The app supports smart charging so you can set up TOC times and charge when the rates are the cheapest and I found it to be much easier than setting up with of my cars ( Pacifica Hybrid, Tesla M3). The charger has worked flawlessly with both of my cars. Native J plug with the Pacifica and using the Tesla J adapter for my M3. There is a newsfeed in the app which is pretty useful to stay up to date on the EV happenings in the news cycle. My only real nit is the the cable stiffens up when it's cold and makes it a bit of a challenge to coil. I mounted my unit inside the garage on a backer board fastened to the wall. Easy to hang and easy to use. The one time I asked for help from customer service, they were professional and easy to work with. I was missing the key to lock the unit in place and I had a replacement in just a few days via the post service.

After shopping around, I decided on the Juicebox and I am very happy with it. It was pretty easy to install and also very easy to connect the app and wifi to. I didn't have any problems with either. From the app you can look at a bunch of different things from just monitoring the vehicle/charge, to scheduling the charge and more. And of course, the most important part, it charges my car in just a few hours since it's a level 2 charger. I would highly recommend getting this if you're looking for a new electric vehicle charging station.
