I have only used this stereo for a couple of days but it works great and is very easy to use. Definitely recommend having Geek Squad install it.

For the price I paid I expected more out of it...!

After alot of research I decided to purchase this stereo. Great value and plenty of features. I installed it myself with the install kit and wiring adapter. Very easy to install and sounds great, plus love the Bluetooth feature.

Purchased this a replacement for the worn out CD player in my 02 Sequoia. Fit dash perfectly, upgraded the capabilities from the old radio. Works great for my son - he uses his phone to stream music. Geek Squad installed the radio for us. Excellent for the price!

This item was highly recommended by Best buy staff. There are however some weird glitches. In Bluetooth mode, sometimes the music stutters and if I press the home button and then press the phone icon again, it usually stops stuttering. Also, the volume during phone calls does not work and sometimes I can barely hear the other person and other times they're really loud. Either way, the device is NOT letting me adjust volume on many occasions.

This is a wonderful cd player. We have had no issues at all with it. The only thing we could say is a down fall is that it doesn't come with a remote for it. You have to buy that separately. But overall great buy for the price!

The receiver is good and pairs great with my phone for music and everything else. Easy to use! Be aware though, you will lose some of your factory installed audio and charging ports. I was not made aware when I purchased this unit that my factory USB charging port would no longer work. I was also not made aware the factory built in microphones wouldn't work. I didn't find this out until after install when I tried to use it. I went from having two microphones, one on each side, to one much more visible microphone. Good receiver, but would have chosen a different product if I had known the downfalls.

Does the job well. I have a 2003 Honda CR-V and the installation was simplistic. It took about an hour and only required to take a couple screws out and rewire the car to put the new radio in. Sounds great, works great, only problem I have with the device is that it takes a solid 20 to 30 seconds to actually play music because the radio has to power on when the car goes on and then it takes another couple seconds to sync to Bluetooth.

My only gripe is that there is no knob and you sort of have to put your finger on the touch screen to lower the volume. For some functions, having a physical button is better.

This is a great stereo. It is easy to navigate my ipod connection. The display is easy to read, not to bright at night. With all of that being said, my biggest issue with this stereo is that I have not been able to figure out the radio tuner. Maybe because I'm not tech savvy, but I cant figure out to set the pre-sets. That's the only reason I do not give it a five star rating

When the original manufacturer's radio in our vehicle quit working I checked several resources about a replacement ... including the manufacturer of our vehicle. Needless to say the cost was way more than I was willing to spend on an "old" vehicle with almost 200,000 miles on it ... then I checked Best Buy and found a reasonably priced system (this one) and it "included" installation. After talking with the VERY knowledgeable tech and buying the extras required I still saved LOTS of money and am very satisfied with the decision to replace our old radio. We added Sirius Radio (very reasonable also) as the base unit was "Ready" to add that feature so are especially enjoying all the Christmas music available there.

A really good value for the money. I bought for the bluetooth connectivity and backup camera compatibility. Unfortunately the installer lacked the tools to put in the backup camera. Make sure you or your installer can do rhe job.

I had this installed in my 2002 Ford F-150 pickup. I purchased it for the bluetooth, but it also has a touch-screen. It doesn't have a volume knob (volume control is digital on the touch-screen) but the unit works and sounds great!

Best Buy had a number of choices on display at the store. I wanted an upgrade to replace my factory radio and and a video screen would be a nice option with Bluetooth phone connection for today's new laws for driving and cell phone usage. This particular radio unit seemed to meet all of my demands with ease of function while I checked out the display with other brands. Looks great installed and sounds great with the new speakers that were also purchased.

This receiver is an okay replacement for OEM. The touch screen is a little on the slow side, and it washes out badly on sunny days, but the functions, options, and physical appearance are good.

Some issues connecting more than one device. People I call claim I sound like I'm in a barrel on their end. The volume doesn't always allow you to increase to hear.

Stereo was good for my son's car. Has Bluetooth connectivity for phone and sound is good. Reasonably priced for it. Would recommend for a basic stereo.

Does everything I was looking for. Install was handled very well. Bluetooth phone alone was worth the price.

I am so pleased with my husbands purchase, I had the worst radio ever, and now I can crank up my tunes!!!
