The stereo sounds great in my Jeep Cherokee, and I like that I can configure the buttons to match the color of the interior lighting. Unfortunately, the display is monochrome and only displays white. I would've liked to be able to make the display match the interior color as well. The unit sounds great and I like that is has tactile buttons where many radios have touch-sensitive buttons - this makes it easy to use without looking at it. The Alexa functionality hardly works and requires a companion app on your phone, in addition to the Alexa app. I would like if I could replace the Alexa button with Google Assistant, but found that I can press & hold the call button (microphone) instead to do the same thing. It really REALLY does not like to work! I'm not sure if it's my phone, or the companion app, but Alexa is borderline useless on this and doesn't work 75% of the time I connect my phone via Bluetooth. If I were to purchase a new stereo, I'd get one that doesn't have a dedicated digital assistant button unless I could map it to whatever assistant I'd like.

This JVC car radio/receiver is exceptional in value and in performance. I had an aftermarket product in the car, which was a Sony. All of a sudden, the Sony stop performing properly and would go into demonstration mode and do other strange things which I could not stop. I went to the local Best Buy and talked with one of the associates who was extremely familiar with car radios. He recommended the VC and I am so happy he did very reasonable price on the radio; absolutely sensational installed job which was done timely and cost effectively. Would highly recommend.

Easy to install, great quality , sleek look , adds nice features to my 05 corolla , Bluetooth works well no need for transmitter , added up graded speakers and this unit powers them well

It fit into the stock location easily, no cutting or consul replacement (I don't need nor use touch screens). Sound reproduction is OK, needs better speakers then the OEs that came with my Jeep. I believe in the "KISS" principle and this unit is a little more complicated then I like. I have to crank up the volume when using my cell phone on Bluetooth. Had to mount the Sirius XM antenna on the front near the wind shield because the roof is a molded plastic.

Just bought this because it still had a CD player and had it installed by Geek Squad. After installation in my vehicle you can only see the screen when you look from the top down. I can’t see the screen while driving, even with the brightness turned up all the way. This is going to be returned and buy some other until that doesnt use a polarized LCD display.

I have a 2003 car that still has a lot of life in it, but because the vehicle is old, I didn't want to invest big money, or need a big deal radio or sound system. I looked at a lot of radios and found Best Buy had the best options and price for my needs, including a great install price. The installation representative was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, had the job completed before I could finish a cup of coffee. He then took the time to sit in the car with me to give me a mini tutorial so I could begin enjoying my new radio immediately. As you can see, overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend Best Buy, their products, and their staff.

Love this receiver. It's the second one that I have purchased. I like the multiple color options on the face. Plays cd's well and my grandkids like that it changes colors.

Nice, plays CDs. Has Aux jack for IPOD. AM/FM/ Pretty loud.

Purchased the JVC satellite radio. Great product and fits truck perfectly. Easy to install and easy to operate.

Got this for my son’s 2009 car. Didn’t want a touch sceen because it is always in the Vegas heat and not sure how well it would hold up, so this suited his need for Bluetooth, aux cord, and colors. Best Buy also did the install for a fee (under the threshold $ amount for free install)

Very easy install. The directions to set up the radio aren’t the best tho.

Great stereo for the price! Easy to install myself and sounds great! Would def recommend.
