    Intermittently freezes when using Apple CarPlay for music playback. Doesn't keep HD for radio stations (fades in and out of HD mode). Switches back to Apple CarPlay whenever you do anything on cell phone screen and then you have to navigate back to what you had on

    Let the buyer beware! This radio is not suited for my car… The geek guys worked very hard, but in the end I returned the unit. It was just too complicated for a Prius with the JBL system installed.

    Had issues with a mapping option. JVC/KENWOOD said they don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. They said to send it in for repair. Would take around a month. Best Buy sent it in and got store credit so I switched to a Pioneer.
