I bought this to replace an older Kenwood unit of the same type. The screen resolution improvement itself would have made the purchase worth it. On top of that my daughter was delighted when she plugged her iPhone 7Plus in and the phone was quickly recognized and started showing her text messages. I have not yet tried it with my Android phone other than setting up the hands free feature. That was easy also. So far zero complaints after three weeks.

Unit does a lot and one has to take the time to get to know all that it can do. The included and on line instruction manuals leave a lot to be desired. Watched you tube videos to get info. No radio "off-on" control-- have to go the "standby" screen to mute all audio. Still don't know if I can get 24 hour time on the main screen. Still looking for traffic reports and weather info. Hard to figure out. End of the day, happy with it and would buy again at a good discount.

Recommend to any one who likes the Garmin GPS. Easy to use. Best Buy installer in Elk Grove was the best. Went above and beyond to do a great job.

Great radio still learning to use it. Love the built in Garmin that is easy to use. Upgraded the stock speakers & this is a awesome sound system!

Very easy to use. Touch screen is tremendous. I added a backup camera to the purchase. The system is really nice.

With built in GPS, voice command, CarPlay, back up camera attachment, I can now go handsfree and not miss a beat.

This unit replaced another (Pio...) brand which kept getting lost in the mountains. Since that's where I live, the unit was useless. The Kenwood has Garmin navigation which I've used and trusted for some years (portable models). The recently installed Kenwood seems to have the same great performance and reliability as my Garmin portables.

Nice upgrade with a great installer. The only part that has been less than great has been the length of time the unit takes to boot up. Pretty slow making it tough for shorter drives

i purchase this radio to upgrade the factory one in my 2007 f150 and i could not be happier. Saved on the install and did it myself. plenty of videos online to help with that. Only downside is I wish I could get android radio to work with my s7 edge but samsung removed the something in this phone.

I bought this so I could have navigation and also for the hands free for my phone both work great

Nice system, but a little hard to get to different apps on screen and takes a while to figure out what different buttons do.

The touch screen response is very fast and efficient with no lag. The system recognizes my iPhone and the interface looks just like my iPhone display

This is a great addition to my truck. The reverse camera is a big help when hooking up a trailer. It is also set up to use a front camera as well. The audio has plenty of adjustment and you should be able to make it sound good in just about any vehicle. GPS is easy to use and pairs easily with my phone. The only thing missing is the ability to use a split screen for GPS and the the radio.

I replaced my annoying Alpine GPS receiver with this one. It's speedy and has a myriad of options including using Apple play. If any complaints, there are so many options it takes a while to get acquainted with the menus etc. but they do give you a wide range of controls to adjust the sound to your preferences. I was impressed with the Best Buy installation.

Best Buy exchanged our old GPS out for the new Kenwood - 6.2" - Apple CarPlay™ - Built-in Navigation - Bluetooth - In-Dash CD/DVD/DM Receiver - Black. Fortunately, we had insurance on the older GPS and when it went out, Best Buy supplemented this one for us. It's easier to use and more intuitive.

Well I had a different product to be put in my car which was a lot cheaper but I had a friend working for Best Buy and it told me that was not that had GPS in it so I have to go back and work on another deal which it wasn't the best but consider the source I went with this other product which is good but I have to call corporate office to finalize the deal
