I put it in my daughter's car. She really likes it.

After initial set up ,printer worked fine On the 16th of April,I can’t print. Called Geek squad to help. The driver was not available. This shouldn’t happen with a new printer. Instructions for set up-poor.

The deck itself is fine but a monkey would do a better job at installing it than best buy. I took my van with a custom stereo in to upgrade the kenwood unit but my 3 amps quit working at same time I thought maybe a fuse or something. So I offered best buy whatever they wanted to fix it. They got the amps to go on but its all jerry rigged now. I noticed my high quality wiring replaced with these thin little wires and only 2 out of the 6 speakers work and the subs don't work. So I wish they wouldn't have even tried if they couldn't do it. Now I have to have the whole thing checked and re wired. 6 sets of boston acoustic speakers and 2 12 inch JL subs all jerry rigged ahhhh what a mess it is now

Took several months to get my purchase Had to re-schedule install several Times Had to get a different products as clerk was incorrect as to weather it would fit or NOT Final install wasn't until March 6th

Radio was not compatible with my car and was returned. Geek Squad apologized for the mistake and were very helpful. No complaints with Best Buy.

I have had Kenwoods ever since I have owned a car. This was a major disappointment. It turns off by itself and when it finally comes back on, it turns off again after 5 minutes of use. I had it professionally installed so I know it is not the installation. Maybe it's just a one time thing, I don't know. Good thing I bought the warranty.

The installer selected without my consent another more expensive car receiver withe unneeded functions and charged me extra. The installation had been done improperly and will have to be corrected. I need to talk to the supervisor of the Geek Squad at the store about the matter. We are very unhappy with the situation.

If you enjoy Sirius XM do NOT buy this receiver.It cuts in and out constantly.Its maddening. I asked a Best Buy manager to call me about this issue but it never happened.

Great radio and has a clean and clear microphone for hands free calling. Bluetooth radio connects easy and plays everything.

Can't ever talk to anyone, when I called the operator got an attitude and told to hold on! Then just hung up on me! I had to make over 3 trip there to get my answers! Even had to drive to Geneva to speak with the installers! You need someone from your own store to answer phones for customers! Thanks! As far as the products I bought I'm pleased! I'll let you know after the install on April 2
