Small amp no power

Mediocre for Kenwood

When I fired it up, the left channels were dead. Was past BB's return time so I tossed it and bought another one. 2nd has worked OK, but is slowly losing its oomph over a year or so. Doesn't hold it's weight against Kenwoods of the past. Save your money.

Smoking

But 15 minutes after it was installed, it started smoking! Yikes! So I returned and exchanged it for another brand. It could’ve been defective, but I couldn’t trust it after that.

Don't waste your time!

It is compact and provides a loud and rich sound when paired with Kenwood component speakers. The clarity is very good for this price range. There is real value for money with the Kenwood line.
