This was my first time to ever even use a keurig, so I have no previous experience to compare to. It was easy enough to set up and start using right away. Brews a cup of coffee very quickly, and after adjusting the settings, it's perfect for my larger mugs. Glad I bought this one with the larger reservoir, so I don't have to refill as often.

I love this machine. It has totally changed how my family drinks coffee. I love how fast it is and how easy it is to clean. My kids love it because they can have hot chocolate any time they want.

I've wanted a Keurig for years. While people complain about the trash and inefficiency of such a product, there are reusable k-cup filters which can be used with it. Where else are you going to get such a large variety of coffee and tea and cocoa's without having to purchase large bags which may take months or years to finish. The Keurig gives you the option to "taste-test" in smaller quantities. It gives you coffee-house coffee without the $8.00 price tag. So if you compare the Keurig cost with the cost of your Starbucks every day, at just $5 a day (and whoever goes into Starbucks and gets out without paying less than $5 bucks) it pays for itself in less than a month.

Compact, convenient and easy to use. We also use the hot water from our Keurig for instant soup! This is perfect for small spaces and or if you don't have a lot of countertop.

Easy to read display and notifications for best use and care. Love the feature for reminding me to change water filter and how hot and quick it brews all my favorite beverages, soups and more.

I love the coffee that comes of this machine, it is easily coffee shop quality (if you use the right K-cup). The only issue I have is that I was hoping to use it to fill my 14oz travel mug, but even though the advertisement is that is produces 4-30oz of coffee it only will go to 10oz with a standard K-cup. I found that the amount after that is reserved for future use. The K-carafe option is very convenient and I use it often and the coffee produced at this size is equally great quality, but the carafe that comes with the unit will not keep coffee warm for very long. There is an insulated version of this carafe available.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loved it. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Takes little space

Works great, easy to use but a little over priced. The Grand kids love the hot chocolate it makes.

Makes great coffee easily. Use it every morning, and love the fact that I can use my own coffee in the reusable filters purchased online.

This is by far my favorite Keurig. I can make a whole pot of coffee in a carafe that will stay hot while I am working and pour out a cup at a time and have it still as if I had just made the cup. I can also make hot chocolate for the kids and soups by Campbell's now too. This is the most versatile hot coffee brewer that I have ever owned. I can even make a pot of tea on those cold, cold evenings and just want to stay warm. Yes, I would recommend this Keurig to everyone even for my college children.

Makes no frills, simple cup of coffee in a jiffy. Compact, no mess. If you want a cappuccino go elsewhere.

Keurig coffee maker 2.0 Does everything it states it will do. It helps make the morning ritual to get ready that much more easier. The only cons I have about the appliance is the amount of coffee dispensed in fluid ounces should be larger amounts. The 4 ounce or 6 ounce are inadequate amounts. I have to redispense several times to get a full cup. And the only other drawback I feel is the water temperature could be a lot hotter.

We initially purchased the K200 but decided to upgrade to the K300. I am coffee fiend and I love the convenience of this machine...it extremely simple to use. My wife uses it regularly to make hot tea and the kids are always making hot chocolate. One last thing...make sure that you register the machine asap. Once it's registered they will send you an email with some pretty sweet deals. We're extremely pleased with the purchase.

I bought this to my son and he loved the convenience and the quality of the product.

I can't believe I never owned one of these before now. I am not a coffee drinker, so I never saw the need to use one, until I saw the variety of non-coffee items you can make in this. The ease on which it makes it products is wonderful, especially when you are not a morning person and hate doing stuff when you wake up. Too bad it doesn't have a programming function.
