However when I opened the box one of the French vanilla pods had split open & there were coffee grounds all inside the box. The same situation happened last year when i ordered the same product. I took it back to the store last year & they said because i opened the box they couldn’t do anything about it so i didnt bother trying this time. Never had this happen from anywhere else I’ve ordered this. Disappointing!

They come is a great variety at a very reasonable cost and instead of ordering then online and waiting for then to arrive by mail service Best Buy is the perfect retailed to fulfill your order. I ordered this Green Mountain Variety box and picked if up same day with the ever so easy and quick curbside option. I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know, thanks Green Mountain and BestBuy.

Caramel Vanilla cream was the best! Wish they have that flavor more! Even brought it at work and French Vanilla and the Caramel Vanilla was the hit!
