I am transitioning from the Keurig 2.0 and wanted to be able to still brew a pot or a cup. This was the logical choice although the price was much higher than I wanted to pay. Not sure why it is so expensive. There are not a lot of bells and whistle’s and it does not produce coffee and demand like the last unit did. It doesn’t take very long to heat up however it’s still longer than immediate. I also I am transitioning from the Keurig 2.0 and wanted to be able to still brew a pot or a cup. Perfect coffee maker! Fast and easy to make one cup with a K-pod, or make an entire pot for a morning of hot, fresh coffee. Easy to use, compact design and super quiet operation (compared to our old original Keurig). Highly recommended!

I purchased this keurig a couple weeks ago. I haven’t used it yet, but my family has and it works great. I love how you can remove the water dispenser to fill it so you don’t have to dirty a water pitcher or spill any water trying to fill it. It’s pretty cool you can make a k cup or an actual pot of coffee with the same machine. It is all plastic thou so not sure how long it will last and I must say it is pretty pricy and overpriced for whe build quality.

Very versatile coffee maker by Keurig. Can brew pots of coffee or single pods. Can place water container in several different configurations. Narrow design does not take up much counter space. Easy to use

I love this coffee maker. Being able to brew a single kcup or a pot for guests is a great feature. Simple to maintain and operate. The thermal carafe keeps your favorite brew piping for longer than you can imagine.

Carafe Doesn't Keep Coffee Warm Enough

We've had this coffee maker for a little over a year. I don't write reviews a lot, but wold love Keurig to respond. The machine is cool. Make a pot or a cup. But my one complaint is the thermal carafe doesn't have much "thermal". By the time I pour my second cup, I have to microwave it to heat it up. And yes, I put milk in my coffee-but the first cup is perfect, heat wise. Other thermal carafes I've had in the past kept my coffee very warm, never having to heat up in the microwave. So, is this is poor design? Have you come up with a new design and how could I get that new carafe?

Space saver if you like to switch between single serve and making pots of coffee. The taste and quality of the coffee is noticeably better than my 1st generation Keurig single serve machine. The thermal carafe is also very convenient to take to another part of the house or outside and it does a great job of keeping the coffee hot. You can also change the location of the water reservoir from the left, right or the rear of the machine, depending on where it is positioned on your counter.

I love the Keurig. It doesn’t take up much space and it’s easy the program. I like that you can make a whole pot in the morning and then if you want a cup later you can do the pod.

You’ll never regret having this coffee maker. From a cup to 12 cups. It’s all in one use a pod or brew your own coffee or tea. And it’s easy to dismantle parts for cleaning/sanitizing. Great coffee maker.

This coffeemaker is a big improvement over other combo coffee makers we have owned. It has a slimmer profile on the counter top due to the versatile tank placement. The carafe keeps a pot of coffee warm for hours. I like that we do not have to pour a cup of water into machine for an individual cup like our old coffeemaker. It has versatile settings for amount both as carafe and cups and an option for stronger brew.

On the weekends I found myself making a pot of coffee. During the work week I made a single cup with my older Keurig coffee maker. This Duo plus does both and takes up less counter space. The reservoir can be placed on either side of the unit or mounted toward the back. It can also be programed to automatically brew at a later time. I bought it on sale and am very happy with my purchase.
