    My only comment … it is difficult to see the numbers on the right side of the machine indicate the serving size - 8 oz, 10 oz, etc … not a big deal,

    Bought this for my wife who would make coffee the night before put it in the fridge for ice coffee. Now with the new keurig single cup coffee maker she makes it in 2-4 mins.

    I’ve used Keurig machines for years and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a defect with this model. Purchased it and used for three months and did all the necessary maintenance such as the cleaning pods, descaling, and so on. Then, it would simply only run for five or so seconds and then shut off and dispense maybe a couple of ounces at the most. Did all troubleshooting and gave up and then replaced. This second one lasted a whole four months before doing the same. I give up and instead of getting another replacement, just got a credit. When it did work, it did a decent job with the hot coffee which was the main reason I got it. However, the iced wasn’t good as even though they claim different technology, it just dispenses half the amount and it melts all the ice cubes you use supposed to put in the cup when you use it, it’s just a watered down coffee.

    This is the best option as you can have iced or hot drinks. It's great and a perfect option for those who has a household like mine who likes both.

    Sometimes it takes a little muscle to close the lid. Not sure why. Then there were coffee grounds left in pod holder, not sure why.
