Racks seem flimsy but are the same or similar to the dishwashers over $1000. Do not like the utensil tray--cheap and non-sensical cover that needs to be slid off.

Do not like the silverware holder is the only negative. You do need to read the Manuel to pick all the options you want if not just a regular wash with heat dry.

The guys who came to install and haul away the old one knew what they were doing and installed quickly. Great experience. The only thing I can say is it seems KitchenAid isn't the quality it once was. The dishwasher works well, the quality is cheapened somewhat.
