This replaced our 12 year old GE profile dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans and dries our dishes very well. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Have had and liked a KitchenAid dishwasher in the past. This one is definitely a step up. Great rack layout, cleans very well, and super quiet. Very happy with the purchase (and the Best Buy install).

We got this dishwasher to replace the one our builder gave us. Our glasses are much cleaner and no water spots. Good dishwasher and very quiet.

Its been solid so far and a true workhorse, use it every single day. Washes really well, quiet, great drying, pro dry works great! Our old dishwasher left a lot of residue, now the dishes are sparkling clean! We had all Lg appliances and was worried for the mismatch, but no regrets its beautiful and looks good in the kitchen. Went with kitchenaid for that solid construction, and good reputation in this segment. First kitchenaid appliance and I am very impressed so far! It was a bit of a splurge but because I rely on a dishwasher so much it was worth it!!

I have had this DW since Oct 2024 and have not had any problems. I especially like the third shelf and the redesigned utensil holder. My 2009 KA DW had a badly designed holder.

One of the best dishwashers I have ever owned. This thing does a great job and everything is so sparkling clean! Love the 3rd row rack! It's a plus!

This dishwasher is a great addition to my kitchen. After some very targeted advertising, thanks to my constant appliance searches the last few months, I realized this product had the right features for my needs. It's been so easy to use and I really enjoy the towel bar. Unfortunately, my very tall red wine glasses don't quite fit upright on the middle rack, but they do fit if I tilt them slightly. Regardless, the third rack and ProDry system are exactly what I wanted and I would recommend this to anyone who wants their dishes to actually be dry at the end of the cycle.

The dishwasher is noiseless and works great. Happy purchase. The installation was amazing, would never go to Homedepot or lowes for appliance purchase. Best buy installers were amazing and professional

I’ve had this dishwasher for about 4 months now. I have been very happy with it. Cleans very well and so much quieter than our old Samsung.

We have had this machine for two months now. Washes the dishes well! Loading the dishes is a puzzle that I am adjusting to. Distributing things on three levels is a new challenge. It’s quiet and the dishes have always come out sparkling clean.

This is a very efficient dishwasher. I wanted a quiet model and this does not disappoint. I like the fan drying on this model as well! Great help from the knowledgeable staff when making this purchase.

Dishes are cleaned perfectly, flatware, pretty good but Clear/black plastics poorly. I have experimented with arrangement of Various items and Results are consistent. After many years of substandard efficiency, I am grateful For predictively, clean dishes, and glasses, even though we have to Scrub the flatware in advance

5 years of nothing but trouble and ZERO support from an executive escalation. The initial dishwasher lasted 2 week before flooding my house. The installation crew claimed it was a faulty machine personally I thought it was the installation crew cross threading something because I "thought" KA was known for quality. Fast forward 4-5 years it will have cost 150% more than the unit to repair. Within the first month the soap dispenser broke. Next the wheels fell off the bottom rack and melted on the heating element. The hinges have warped and near impossible to close. It will simply pop back open while washing. The top basket has now collapsed rendering the machine useless. I emailed the executive team and even spoke to a representative for executive escalations. The will NOT stand behind their appliances. They did send someone out to inspect the burning smell and repairs were quoted at ~$1500 of which the offered $0. They did offer me a discount on a new machine but they go on sale all the time so the reality is they still make money selling me a new machine vs making their defective product right or replacing it. BEWARE! KitchenAid no longer stands behind their product nor is it the same quality their products used to be. Complete trash so buyer beware.

So far pleased with the washer and is very quiet. Just two cons in my opinion. First was the price is on the high side, and second the control buttons are way too sensitive.

Everything gets sparkling clean and it is so quiet that I sometimes have to check to make sure it is actually running.

Nice so far. Really like the 3rd rack as it can fit glasses and small bowls. Holds more than my previous (Kitchenaid) dishwasher, but is slightly noisier and worse at drying plastics than my previous dishwasher.
