Great dishwasher

I wish the cutlery each had bigger slots. My cutlery is too big for the biggest slots. Other than that, we are very happy with this dishwasher.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This one is replacing a Maytag. You can feel the quality difference between the two. The door feels solid on this kitchen aid. It is fairly quiet and has 3 racks that hold a ton of dishes and glasses.

Our other was good but just got old. Very happy with large loads and some many options. Everything comes out sparkling.

We are coming from an old dishwasher and can't believe how clean our dishes come out! It can hold so many dishes! The best part is there is a spot for everything! Love it!

The Whirlpool still works but I noticed that the dishes are not getting cleaned properly. This KitchenAid cleans dishes and utensils really well. The install was fairly straightforward. Just follow the directions. Attention KitchenAid: If a customer is going to pay over $900 for a dishwasher, consider including a strain relief connector in the parts kit and save us a trip to the hardware store!

I have been happy with the performance - for the most part, the dishwasher cleans and dries dishes very well and is fairly quiet. However, I recently noticed that the PrintShield finish on the front of the machine is beginning to peel off slightly at the bottom. I contacted KitchenAid about this and was told that this is a cosmetic issue and is not covered under the warranty. Given that this is a $1300 dishwasher, I think it's unacceptable that the finish is peeling off this quickly and that KitchenAid will not fix the issue. Based on this, I would not recommend this dishwasher, at least with the stainless steel PrintShield finish.
