Love the black stainless steel color. Very easy to understand how to use. Lots of room especially in the free flex third rack.

My number 1 priority was to find a dishwasher that didn't require me to dry the dishes when it was done. The KitchenAid ProDry feature seems to be the best option to accomplish this requirement. While some plastics still require a wipe down, they are mostly dry. The heating element makes a big difference here and I was happy to sacrifice some energy efficiency to get it. The only complaint I have is that oversized dinner plates don't sit well in the bottom rack. They end up falling over. While still functional cleaning the plates, we're concerned they might end up getting broken being moved around during a wash cycle. Time will tell. As for purchasing from Best Buy, I originally ordered the same product from Costco but it arrived damaged and they were then out of stock. I had to come to Best Buy to get this and it ended up being almost $400 more expensive. The cost of installation, purchase of the dishwasher kit, and haul away were the difference. I was very disappointed that BB was so much more expensive for these "add-ons" that are included with Costco appliances.

So far we love it! It cleans so well and is so incredibly quiet. You can stand right in front of it when it is running and have no idea it is on.

And special thanks to the technician, I don't remember his name, who installed our kitchen appliances. He was very professional, helpful and went beyond his call of duty to make sure everything was right!!!

It is so quiet you are not sure it is running. However, it takes 3 times longer to wash and dry dishes.

We are so glad we spent a little bit more for this machine. It is so quiet compared to our old unit! The black stainless steel is sharp and sleek. Love the top controls where little hands (kids) can't mess with them. Installing it ourselves was pretty easy just took our time and it's been working perfectly since!
